I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons regularly, and I’ve actually had some really good experiences here. The staff are generally friendly and welcoming, and the service has been good during my visits. Parvesh in particular has always been very friendly with customers and even remembers regular orders, which is a nice touch.
Hopefully the team gets some recognition for the effort they put into making customers feel welcome.
