I am a healthcare worker and so happy that every am I get to stop and grab coffees with great service. Always bright smile from Tracy window and recently the manager Teressa made my experience quite happy. Because of these girls is the reason I go to this location corner upper gage. Thank u for all your hard work and dedication. Tim’s is blessed to have u both as employees. Thank u for everything.
Pretty good little place, only thing is No place to sit and enjoy your coffee and donut, No public washrooms here, The parking lot is too small for a cube van so it's hard to stop and grab a quick coffee.

We’ve been to so many Tims and the service is usually awful. This is the first time in so long where the worker was nice to us, gave us the correct order, and the food was actually delicious! We ordered 2 iced capps and omelet bites with bacon. Everything was fresh and properly made. It was busy as well, the worker was very friendly and made our experience great. Shoutout to this Tim’s for being the only good one in Hamilton !!
