I have been served by Jessica a few times now and she is a wonderful worker.
Happy, smiling and efficient. Yes she was on sandwich bar just powering through drive thru and store front herself.
Definitely deserves more

Tim Hortons is a popular restaurant known for its friendly staff, speedy service, and clean, well-maintained facilities. Customers appreciate the staff's efforts to provide a positive start to the day. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the restaurant is also praised for its fast drive-thru, which is often busy but efficient. The flatbread pizza is tasty, and the drinks are refreshing. The Decaf coffee, Hot Latte, Hash browns, and loaded Scrambled Egg Box are fresh and well-liked. Service is quick and generally on point, though there can be long waits during busy times, especially on Fridays and weekends. The drive-through is often jammed, and the line inside can be huge, but the back crew and sandwich station work hard to keep orders moving. The owner is engaged, and the friendly atmosphere makes it a favored spot for both coffee and casual gatherings. Recent reviews mention that the store has faced some challenges since a new owner took over, with staff leaving and changes affecting the atmosphere. Despite this, many customers still find the location very good, noting clean facilities, friendly staff, and faster service compared to other locations. Some reviews highlight occasional issues with staff behavior, but overall, the restaurant remains a popular choice for a quick coffee or meal.
