After a nearly-traumatic experience at a *different* Tim's, Manager Jessica made up for all of it by helping us with a large order. She called to confirm the order, she ensured it was ready, ensured it was correct and even helped carry it to our vehicle! Awesome, next-level leadership. Next time, I'm coming back here; I won't risk another location.
My favourite Tim Hortons to go too. The staff here are absolutely amazing, get my order right everytime before I can even say it (been coming here for a bit now) smiles every-time I walk through the door. 10/10 customer service and food! Thanks for being so awesome guys!
Such an excellent place to buy your morning breakfast. Will come back soon in the future .

Tim Hortons at the Upper James (Petro branch) offers amazing customer service, with staff who remember regular orders and serve with a smile. Kids love the treats like timbits on a stick. The bagels are cut in half, making the food well put-together. Despite some delays in starting online orders, the service remains friendly.
