Ok in all honesty, I do not leave reviews and always let fast food slide because it’s not a big deal. But consistently messing up orders is not what I spend my money on. I ordered a blueberry muffin and de caff tea yesterday and was presented a blueberry fritter with a coffee. Not a big deal. This morning I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and de caf tea. Got home and realized no sausage in my sandwich however the tea was correct. Tim Hortons needs to investigate this. Customers pay and expect their order not a half fast order.

Literally ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage and all I got was cheese with egg on an English muffin. My boyfriend got an iced coffee from this same location and there was a broom bristle in his drink !

Very poor service. I had to work early so I went there around 5:45 expecting to be able to get a coffee and it’s wasn’t open. The site says it should be open at 5:30am but it didn’t open until 6am. Very disappointed. They also only focus on drive thru. I get it I worked fast food but my goodness have at least one person on the front

Very Rude Staff. While ordering they are always trying to assist at the next window. They barely give you any acknowledgment.Today they accidentally spilled my icecapp which was full over the rim. Totally understand accidents happen.Instead of fixing a new one they changed the cup and spun it again.It was well below where it was before spill so I politely asked for it to be topped up only to be told: We only fill the drink to here..... So why was it so full a moment ago???Why does every other tim hortons location I visit fill it higher....?!There are SO many better locations do not waste your time/money here.
