I don't go here too often as there are other options I go to first on Concession Street, so I mostly go here when I have gift cards. Standard Tim Hortons offering the usual fare in a conveniant area, never had bad customer service.
The gentleman on the speaker - no personality. The food was cold, and i live 3 minutes away, no butter on my bagel, when I put some on not even hot enough to melt the butter.Parking: Parking is often full

This place has gone down hill the service is actually disgusting stood in a line today which wasn't even busy on a Sunday morning and it took the person 10 minutes before she actually served me after me saying let's go here I have to get to work and had a uber driver waiting outside who was actually very mad because he lost a trip over this!
