I just wanted to recognize Aleyna at the drive-thru on Upper James and Rymal for her exceptional customer service.
From the moment I pulled up to the window, she greeted me with a genuine smile, asked how my day was going, and made me feel like more than just another customer. It's amazing how one kind smile and a few thoughtful words can completely brighten someone's morning.
