The weirdest and stupidest hours a Tim Hortons could have. Like really? Only open from 9:30am-3pm? The mall closes much later than the Tim Hortons, which I find incredibly confusing. Should the shop not be open for the same amount of time as the mall? There are many stores within this plaza, which means many customers who would like to go somewhere close for lunch for a coffee/food, but obviously this isn’t an option.
long long long queue ALL THE TIME....lol why?! associates can't keep up at all... most counter associates are always confused or overwhelmed (to the franchise owner- you need to add more staffing, have mercy on your overwhelmed associates). "Best" part about the location is, it's only open until 3pm looool ?
