The owner seems cheap like most Tim Hortons owners. Drive thru sensors haven’t worked in at least 2 years, so you have to let them know you’re there to which you get met with a rude “wait a minute”, the workers leave the headsets on while you wait for them to take your order so you have them yelling at eachother through the speaker in your ear. And then a can’t even understand you when you order. Never coming back.

I’d like to recognize the lady who was working the drive-thru around 11:00 -11:10PM last night. She went above and beyond to make sure I left happy as a customer—something that, unfortunately, I haven’t seen very often at any Tim Hortons lately.
She was even in the middle of cleaning the hot chocolate machine a few minutes after 11 PM, yet she still took the time to provide outstanding service with a positive attitude.
