Share your opinion about Tim Hortons
Ordered a medium ice cap, either their machine is broken or they don’t stir it well. Having worked at Tim Hortons in the past, this is not up to par. Might best to review with manager or remove items off the menu to align expectations to service. Colour should be light brown instead of dark brown, where you cannot feel the crystallization on your tongue, rather a creamy viscosity.
