First time visiting a Jim's Steakout and glad we had it for lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful in recommending menu choices. We ordered the Steak Hoagie Deluxe, Chicken Tender Jim's Bleu Sub and Beef Taco. All of the sandwiches were prepared fresh to order with good ingredients. We liked the flavors with all sandwiches in comparison with others that seem bland or lacked fresh ingredients (i.e. veggies crunchy, bread was delicious, meats were tasty). Every time I go to Buffalo, NY, I have to get a Hoagie! My mama made sure we made a stop just before we crossed back over to Canada. And it will be a tradition I continue forever. Friday and Saturday nights, the place is packed. I know there must be a 1- to 2-hour wait for food.

Tried this place for the first time, and not sure if I'll go back to this location. Music was blasting like it's a club (complete with explicit lyrics), so it was difficult to order. Got my food back home and the whole thing was wet, and everything fell out of the hoagie. If it had been in the car it would have been game over. Food was good enough that I'll give it another try sometime, but will probably go to a different location.
