It's hit or miss at this location, I do find them very efficient when its busy, and they do usually have my treats and cups, so those are my positives I believe the one Barista name is Beth or Bethany (She blonde and sometimes has colorful hair) she's my favorite one at this location, Very polite and greets me every time and makes my frappe PERFECT 👌 every time!

Starbucks Coffee Company offers a generally positive experience, especially when the staff provides friendly and attentive service. Many customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, with staff members who are polite, quick, and caring, often making customers feel like they have made good friends. The baristas are praised for making coffee perfect and serving with kindness, which enhances the overall visit. The location is convenient, situated near downtown hotels, bars, and KeyBank Center, making it an ideal spot for quick breakfast or coffee on-the-go, with options for in-person and app ordering. Customers often mention that their orders are made efficiently, and some staff members go above and beyond, creating memorable experiences. However, some find the coffee overpriced and do not personally prefer the taste, despite recognizing that many others enjoy it. There are instances of mixed experiences, with some visits being frustrating due to order mistakes or unwelcoming staff, but these are often offset by positive interactions on other days. Overall, Starbucks is seen as a convenient and friendly place where good service and atmosphere can make a visit enjoyable, especially when staff members show genuine care.
