Great place and awesome people, beautiful wine
I just placed my 1st order for a case of wine with Big Head Wines and the customer service from Tamara was above and beyond. Working in the service industry myself, I have a great appreciation for those that know how to make a customer feel special.
I have not tried the wine yet, but even if it is not good, I'll buy again from Big Head strictly based on the service I received today! Thank you Tamara, and BHW is lucky to have you!
