“Amazing service! The girls working on Saturday are lovely patient and understanding. Even refunded donuts to give us a better price they dont push ypu out of the drive thru line like other places, donuts are delicious and I LOVE THE FROZEN RED BULL! I get blue raspberry with a shot of strawberry they just added the shot for no extra mobey. ❤🫶“

“Harvey's is Harvey's, you know what you're getting. At this particular location, it is worth the review because it is always clean, the staff is unusually pleasant, and they seem happy. They even seem to enjoy being around each other. It's actually a comfortable place to spend my hour lunch..... Their mood helps lift mine on a dreary workday.

“Used flyers to try every beer on the menu and it didn't let us down. The pretzel was amazing, the beer cheese was superb as was the honey mustard. The mexi fries were superb, huge portion, and the black and blue burger was fantastic. I'll be back when I next visit and my friends will now be visiting quite a lot. Excellent place.“

“Was very impressed with the service considering during the dinner it seemed very busy but our server was prompt and attentive. “Come to Niagara 5/6 times a year from Hamilton just to have a getaway with my wife for the weekend. I always eat at the usual spots on Clifton/ferry. We decided to try a small non chain spot today instead and we were highly recommended to this place. Sure glad we went. Huge wings, perfectly cooked with awesome sauce and 90 cents each. Amazing poutine (massive portion) and pitchers for only $14. 20 wings, poutine, a pitcher, kids chicken fingers, a pint, a milk for my boy, and a double rye all for under $70, and everything including the service was spot on. I’ll be back to eat every time I come to Niagara. Total hidden gem!“

“It's rare for me to eat at a Burger King with such quality service and atmosphere. I felt like royalty. As a matter of fact I was royalty. They treated me like a king and the queen I was both. I was amazed. Let me tell you you should eat at this Burger King....Why? tell them the king sent you!“

“We popped in for lunch on a Monday and had such a great experience! Stephanie was our server and took amazing care of us. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions with a smile.

The food arrived hot and fresh, was full of flavour, and the portions were very generous. Everything was delicious!

We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great meal and wonderful service.

“We love this venue and have seen countless shows here. Last night went to see Classic Albums Live do Dark Side of the Moon. Upon entering we were disturbed to see our tickets, which were obtained through our Ticketmaster account, had already been used for entry! After a lot of hard work and total professionalism by your ticket booth customer service staff and more-so the woman manager on duty (who was next level good at her job) they learned that our purchased tickets had been comp’d to someone by the casino! After nearly an hour at the ticket booth and missing a portion of the show they finally gave us some seats! They were quite disturbed that they had to deal with the fact that purchased tickets had been comp’d out and although inconvenienced we were impressed by their level of professionalism and courtesy. Bottom line is someone dropped the ball and you should ensure your customers don’t have to experience negative situations such as this. Maybe you can provide an answer as to why this happened?“

“Located at lower level of casino in food court. Very kind and hard working staff - genuinely appreciate my interactions with them and them answering my questions. Delicious food! Can go out onto the back lawn area and view part of the falls or nightly fireworks.“
