“Best place ive ever been for everything. We went here twice on our honeymoon. First time we hade a male waiter and was super fun and attentive to our table and accomadated to our needs. Awesome work! Second time we had a female waitress and same thing. Awesome team and great and friendly staff. “We come to A&W several times each week. The staff here is great and the food is always excellent. With the app you can collect points for free food and they add up fast. They always have coupons available and even accept expired ones. Of all the fast food restaurants we like A&W’s breakfast sandwiches the best. The also have a breakfast platter with eggs any way you want them. To sum it up, great food , great service & great value“

“Harvey's is Harvey's, you know what you're getting. At this particular location, it is worth the review because it is always clean, the staff is unusually pleasant, and they seem happy. “Our family recently visited Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill Niagara Falls and we were incredibly fortunate to have Emma H. as our server.

From start to finish, Emma went above and beyond with her customer service. It was Game 7 between Montreal and Buffalo NHL game and the TV at our booth wasn’t working the way we wanted. Emma immediately had someone come over to help us so we wouldn’t miss the game.

She gave us time to look over the menu, informed us right away about items that were unavailable, and took the time to suggest alternative options. She was also very transparent about any meal upgrade charges, which we appreciated.

Throughout our visit, Emma consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. She made sure our drinks were always refilled, asked how our meals were, and genuinely cared about our experience.

What truly made Emma stand out was how she interacted not only with my wife and me, but also with our three children. When my youngest daughter mentioned she didn’t like her drink, Emma immediately made it right for her. My children even commented afterward about how welcomed and comfortable she made them feel.

After having a very disappointing restaurant experience in the USA the night before, Emma completely restored our faith that there are still amazing servers out there who truly care about hospitality and customer service.

“Come to Niagara 5/6 times a year from Hamilton just to have a getaway with my wife for the weekend. I always eat at the usual spots on Clifton/ferry. We decided to try a small non chain spot today instead and we were highly recommended to this place. Sure glad we went. Huge wings, perfectly cooked with awesome sauce and 90 cents each. Amazing poutine (massive portion) and pitchers for only $14. 20 wings, poutine, a pitcher, kids chicken fingers, a pint, a milk for my boy, and a double rye all for under $70, and everything including the service was spot on. I’ll be back to eat every time I come to Niagara. Total hidden gem!“

“We had a 40+ person sports team group dine here yesterday. We were not able to make a reservation ahead but we arrived early and the restaurant handled it beautifully. We were grouped together (miracle!) and they were really efficient, moving us through in 1.5-2 hours with good food and good service. Easy walking distance from our hotel, would definitely recommend for a larger group.“

“We love this venue and have seen countless shows here. Last night went to see Classic Albums Live do Dark Side of the Moon. Upon entering we were disturbed to see our tickets, which were obtained through our Ticketmaster account, had already been used for entry! After a lot of hard work and total professionalism by your ticket booth customer service staff and more-so the woman manager on duty (who was next level good at her job) they learned that our purchased tickets had been comp’d to someone by the casino! After nearly an hour at the ticket booth and missing a portion of the show they finally gave us some seats! They were quite disturbed that they had to deal with the fact that purchased tickets had been comp’d out and although inconvenienced we were impressed by their level of professionalism and courtesy. Bottom line is someone dropped the ball and you should ensure your customers don’t have to experience negative situations such as this. Maybe you can provide an answer as to why this happened?“
