Im very disappointed as a whole that Wendy's doesn't recycle. For 3 of us we had 3 plastic drink cups with lids, 2 plastic frostee cups and a large plastic salad container! All ended up in the garbage!“

I recently visited A&W at 806 Niagara Street with my friends, and we had a fantastic dining experience! We tried the Beyond Burger combo, and it was delicious—packed with flavor and a great plant-based option. The fries were crispy, and the root beer, as always, was refreshing. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, even though it was a busy time. Overall, it was a great spot to grab a meal with friends. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!“

“Ermagerd! Stacked in St Catherines is wonderful right from the moment we walked in the door. The greeting was inviting, friendly and welcoming. The service was quick, consistent and happy. The food was top shelf. I am gluten sensitivie so I naturally thought my choice would be bacon, eggs, fruit - not that there is anything wrong with that but to my surprise Stacked offered GF items such as the gluten-free Cinnabon pancakes. 2 of my faves rolled into one. Although I didn't choose this at this service, my brain and tastebuds were resigned to an omelette and home fries, this means I will be returning to try some other menu items. “We had a lovely date dinner in this quaint, modern, family-friendly brewery. They were nearly fully reserved; unfortunately, the tables available were not appropriate. When I pointed out I could not sit in the sun or at a high top, they willingly made adjustments. Our hostess, waitress, bussers, and management were all attentive, kind, and generally lovely. The food was wonderful; from the appetizers we enjoyed were Warm Butter Pretzel - BRUSHED WITH BUTTER AND SALTED, PICKLES, GRAINY MUSTARD, HOUSE-BREWED BEER AND CHEESE QUESO SAUCE, and Lobster Dip - LOBSTER MEAT IN A CREAMY DIP, BUBBLY MOZZARELLA WITH WARM PITA. Our mains were Burgers and fries - CLASSIC – CHEDDAR, LETTUCE, ONION, PICKLE, GARLIC MAYO, as well as the Steak and frites - 10 OZ NY STRIPLOIN, COMPOUND BUTTER, GREMOLATA, SERVED WITH HOUSE-CUT FRIES. Dessert we tried Fruit Cobbler with Ice Cream - FRESH SEASONAL FRUIT TOPPED WITH LIGHT AND CRISPY COBBLER, SERVED WITH LEMON WHIPPED CREAM, and Crème Brûlée - SILKY CUSTARD BOTTOM, SWEET CRUNCHY TOP. The meal was delicious. An excellent experience; my only tweak is I wish the fries had been fresher. The Bridgewater Brewery had such a great environment. Well worth the trip to Welland. We were also informed they had a dog-friendly patio at the rear, making this a must for a return visit for our family. The kitchens were impeccable. Bathroom was ADODA compliant. “The dill pickle fries are sooo good! I ordered a size small and it was huge and definitely filled me up quick. The dill pickle seasoning they toss the fries in is so yummy it reminds me of Lays dill pickle chips but wayyyy better!!😍“

“The Works is hands down one of the best spots around. Their burgers are unreal every single time, loaded with flavour and cooked perfectly. The service is just as amazing, friendly, fast, and genuinely personable. You always feel like you are being taken care of, not just served. And if you have not tried their homemade cheesecake yet, you are missing out. It is unbelievably good. Owners Julie and Kevin go above and beyond for their customers. You can feel how much they care in every detail, from the atmosphere to the food to the way they treat people. If you want great food and even better service, The Works is the place to go!“

“We love you need a pita but this location is our favorite. The food is always fresh and the quality and care the employees put into making each meal shows. The bonus of their food cards makes it worth returning. This is our go to dinner on soccer nights when we're short on time.“

“We had a great experience at A&W in St. Catharines! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and really hit the spot. What made our visit even better was the wonderful service from Cody. He was extremely kind, friendly, and accommodating, and made sure we were well taken care of.

It’s always nice when great food is matched by great customer service. We only wish we still had an A&W back home in Staten Island, New York—we definitely miss having one nearby!

“aug 9. dinner at 630. will not return. 4 orders eat in . 4 different households. 3 of the meals were pretty bad. My 1 piece fish dinner with 2 scoops of mashed potatoes was cold. no butter....no tartar sauce...no cole slaw...no roll.....13.50. for what??. the fish was paper thin...overcooked and very very dry. had to ask for butter for potatoes that wouldn't even melt. 2nd meal ....hot turkey sandwich stone cold. 3rd meal roast beef dinner. cold and the beef looked like thin shoe leather. the 4th meal was the chicken solvaki..suppose to be on a pita...came on a bed of cold fries. so what we have here is 4 different households that won't be back. it's not the price ...its the quality . serving quality hot food should never be a challange. the fish and roast beef was so disgusting you should be ashamed it arrived on a plate and cold. I will not recommend and return“

“My husband and I were attending to some business in the area and decided to grab a burger prior to leaving for home (it had been a long day).
We stopped in close to 4:30pm and the place was pretty full. There were two staff members working, which I thought was already unusual for that time of day, who were not only attending to us inside but to the drive-through as well.
As there were people around waiting for their meals I thought perhaps some would complain but no one did. Instead, everyone could see how efficiently these two staff members worked together and how pleasant the counter person and the other member, who was entirely focused on their preparations, were that it was actually quite impressive to observe.
In what seemed like no real time at all, we had all been served, given our food, and just like that the rush was over! :)
When my husband and I were finished our food I made it a point to go back to the counter to ask the names of the staff persons there and I want to send a HUGE, HUGE shout-out to Josh and Wes!
You two should be acknowledged for how well you handled that sudden influx of customers by delivering GREAT customer service, delicious, hot food, and for taking such pride in the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I hope the owners get to see this review because you two (Josh and Wes) did a FANTASTIC job at representing them today.

“I have a severe egg allergy, and the kind staff at this location went above and beyond my expectations. I typically get just the gloves changed, just because in the fast food industry I do understand it can be very busy and cross contamination cannot be guaranteed.

The staff who were serving me and my family opened new toppings to make sure my food was not touched by other sauces or toppings that include eggs.

“Friendly staff and tasty treats. Prices are overboard nowadays and certain items come up slightly more expensive than advertised on the sign. Super Smoothie was listed as 9.19 but at the register, it was 9.29. Not a crazy difference but what else could be wrong?“

“The guy working in front today was killing it! Did a great job, very organized and friendly. Took a bit for the food as many people were ordering. He tossed me half a small fry 4 free for the long wait. Not much but man was it good! thx brother.“
