“They were out of a bunch a self serve fountain drinks. There was not a lot of seating. 1 family was using 3 of the 5 4person tables.
Im very disappointed as a whole that Wendy's doesn't recycle. For 3 of us we had 3 plastic drink cups with lids, 2 plastic frostee cups and a large plastic salad container! All ended up in the garbage!“

“Often stop here on my way to work. Staff is always prompt, courteous and conscientious. Food is always good, fresh and satisfying portions. I particularly like Harman, who always has a smile on her face and very helpful.“

“I stopped in at Arby’s today and just wanted to say what a great experience I had. The restaurant was spotless, the food was fresh, and everything came out exactly as ordered. The girl with the dark hair and glasses who served me was so kind.
My only complaint is the potholes in the driveway, but that’s easy to overlook after such a positive visit. Looking forward to returning soon!

“We had a great experience at A&W in St. Catharines! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and really hit the spot. What made our visit even better was the wonderful service from Cody. He was extremely kind, friendly, and accommodating, and made sure we were well taken care of.

It’s always nice when great food is matched by great customer service. We only wish we still had an A&W back home in Staten Island, New York—we definitely miss having one nearby!

“I heard that Friday July 10th was customer appreciation day. Just purchase a drink and you get a free pizza. So l finished work, and went to Pizza Pizza on Ormond St in Thorold. “This place doesn't get credit for how busy it is or that it's a fast food place. People rate harshly for miner issues. Obviously They have never worked in this environment. I get it, things get messed up, happens to every business. What sets this one apart is that they actually go out of their way to fix it! They forgot cheese on my breadsticks and send another order. This costs them money. They answered the phone, and were kind and helpful. Even wrote sorry on the box. In the end we got our breadsticks and they also offered a credit first.

“It's a McDonald's, inside a Walmart. It's not a mystery. You know what you're getting with both brands.We had breakfast, it was edible, it was cheapish, what else do you expect? My only recommendation is to avoid the pineapple. Super "chemical" aftertaste which I DID expect, ordering fruit from McDonald's is always going to be tragic.The store was clean, staff was pleasant... But really... It's a McWalmart, if you want fine dining, this is not your place.But if you want something quick to shove down your gullet before you spend your hard earned dollars grabbing groceries. It's a good option. Especially if what you want, is something you know.“

“This Dairy Queen is the absolute best Dairy Queen in the Niagara region. The complete staff and management are excellent. I eat there once a week. They’re always happy polite with every customer I have never had one complaint nor I ever heard anyone give a complaint. “My husband and I were attending to some business in the area and decided to grab a burger prior to leaving for home (it had been a long day).
We stopped in close to 4:30pm and the place was pretty full. There were two staff members working, which I thought was already unusual for that time of day, who were not only attending to us inside but to the drive-through as well.
As there were people around waiting for their meals I thought perhaps some would complain but no one did. Instead, everyone could see how efficiently these two staff members worked together and how pleasant the counter person and the other member, who was entirely focused on their preparations, were that it was actually quite impressive to observe.
In what seemed like no real time at all, we had all been served, given our food, and just like that the rush was over! :)
When my husband and I were finished our food I made it a point to go back to the counter to ask the names of the staff persons there and I want to send a HUGE, HUGE shout-out to Josh and Wes!
You two should be acknowledged for how well you handled that sudden influx of customers by delivering GREAT customer service, delicious, hot food, and for taking such pride in the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I hope the owners get to see this review because you two (Josh and Wes) did a FANTASTIC job at representing them today.

“Friendly staff and tasty treats. Prices are overboard nowadays and certain items come up slightly more expensive than advertised on the sign. Super Smoothie was listed as 9.19 but at the register, it was 9.29. Not a crazy difference but what else could be wrong?“
