“This Wendy's location is the best in the region IMO the food is always hot and fresh... sometimes there may be a tiny bit of a wait... 2 to 3 mins for fresh items but always worth the time!!!! Shanelle took the order and apologized several times for a THREE mins wait on fresh biscuits! 3 mins for fresh food YES PLEASE!!!! 😋 Now....on a serious note....My 7 year old son asked me....if Wendy's doesn't cut any corners then why are the biscuits and buns round??? “A&W has never let me down, it is the only fast food that I will go to, the breakfast is cooked to your specifications and brought to your table and the coffee is perfect. My favourite teen burger and in fact all the burgers are delicious.of course the root beer is so good I keep some cans in my fridge.“

“I heard that Friday July 10th was customer appreciation day. Just purchase a drink and you get a free pizza. So l finished work, and went to Pizza Pizza on Ormond St in Thorold. I was served by a friendly worker. I asked if the Apprecitated pizza was still available. He replied yes just in time. I received my delicious free pizza, and brought it to my coworkers fot dinner. “My husband and I were attending to some business in the area and decided to grab a burger prior to leaving for home (it had been a long day).
We stopped in close to 4:30pm and the place was pretty full. There were two staff members working, which I thought was already unusual for that time of day, who were not only attending to us inside but to the drive-through as well.
As there were people around waiting for their meals I thought perhaps some would complain but no one did. Instead, everyone could see how efficiently these two staff members worked together and how pleasant the counter person and the other member, who was entirely focused on their preparations, were that it was actually quite impressive to observe.
In what seemed like no real time at all, we had all been served, given our food, and just like that the rush was over! :)
When my husband and I were finished our food I made it a point to go back to the counter to ask the names of the staff persons there and I want to send a HUGE, HUGE shout-out to Josh and Wes!
You two should be acknowledged for how well you handled that sudden influx of customers by delivering GREAT customer service, delicious, hot food, and for taking such pride in the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I hope the owners get to see this review because you two (Josh and Wes) did a FANTASTIC job at representing them today.

“I did not know Pizza Hut moved a few blocks down, found it. 😀 Mahadi was very nice taking my order, I just wanted a simple order and pizza for a low price under my budget. He made me a small pan dish pepperoni 🍕 with a bottle of Pepsi. I was happy with it, hot to bite in but still a good pizza. Pizza Hut for me is just a quick go to place for a pan dish. “It's a McDonald's, inside a Walmart. It's not a mystery. You know what you're getting with both brands.We had breakfast, it was edible, it was cheapish, what else do you expect? My only recommendation is to avoid the pineapple. Super "chemical" aftertaste which I DID expect, ordering fruit from McDonald's is always going to be tragic.The store was clean, staff was pleasant... But really... It's a McWalmart, if you want fine dining, this is not your place.But if you want something quick to shove down your gullet before you spend your hard earned dollars grabbing groceries. “I go to this Wendy's once a week or two on average, because the service and food quality are consistently good; few errors/issues over the years.

I've taken one star away, because this Wendy's and its staff never put mustard on the burgers; they provide mustard packets instead! The day of this review update, I ordered two single burgers and got only two little mustard packets for my burgers.

Convenient drive-thru for take out orders.

I often order using the Wendy's mobile app, but it's still buggy and sometimes frustrating. However, functionality with saved/favourite items seems to be better now.

Usually, we are ordering burgers & fries for the family, but also enjoy the chicken burgers and salads.

Perhaps most importantly, this Wendy's always gives me some of the most delicious fries, when I ask for the fries to be "extra crispy, double-downed" - be prepared to wait EXTRA LONG if you do so - the longer it takes to bring those fries, the better!“

“This place doesn't get credit for how busy it is or that it's a fast food place. People rate harshly for miner issues. Obviously They have never worked in this environment. I get it, things get messed up, happens to every business. What sets this one apart is that they actually go out of their way to fix it! They forgot cheese on my breadsticks and send another order. This costs them money. They answered the phone, and were kind and helpful. Even wrote sorry on the box. In the end we got our breadsticks and they also offered a credit first.
For all this 5 stars. Food was hot, perfect and customer service was great! Thanks again!“

“I have a severe egg allergy, and the kind staff at this location went above and beyond my expectations. I typically get just the gloves changed, just because in the fast food industry I do understand it can be very busy and cross contamination cannot be guaranteed.

The staff who were serving me and my family opened new toppings to make sure my food was not touched by other sauces or toppings that include eggs.

I came in on the fly to pick up a pizza for the kids and Paul the owner ever so courteous attentive and polite afforded me and the seven highschool young men who were waiting ahead of me, his time and attention treating everyone with same curtasy without rushing or sign of stress. Each young
man got his pizza and mine arrived piping hot and delicious 😋 the way a pizza should. Paul is nothing short of a magician to handle all eight orders in 5 minutes total. “Friendly staff and tasty treats. Prices are overboard nowadays and certain items come up slightly more expensive than advertised on the sign. Super Smoothie was listed as 9.19 but at the register, it was 9.29. Not a crazy difference but what else could be wrong?“
