The past 4 times i have been in the last month or so, the pizza has not been cut through fully, every time. It just rips when i pull it apart and stays connected in the middle in one big chunk. They need to push harder with the cutter
I wish I got the dudes name, but after I submitted the order to this store by accident (i was in St. Catharines) and he was willing to place the order to the st Catherines store. I ended up saying no as I already got other food, but the gentlemen gave me a refund. Super friendly and helpful on the phone. THAT is impeccable customer service. Thank you so much unknown employee
