Based on the reviews, Paramount Middle Eastern Kitchen has amazing staff who are very friendly and helpful. The service is attentive, and staff members go above and beyond to fulfill needs. The team is welcoming, polite, and demonstrates a high quality of service. The food is always fresh, delicious, and full of authentic flavor. The Mixed Grill Plate with rice is absolutely delicious, with meat that is perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavour, with a generous portion size. The mango+strawberry drink was awesome, very fresh and authentic. However, some dishes need more attention to details: the Zaatar manakeesh has too much oil and less Zaatar, and the dough should be more cooked or crispy. The spinach pie is tasteless and needs seasoning, onion and salt. All doughs need to be more cooked. Despite this, the restaurant is one of the best places to eat in Niagara Falls, especially for great halal food with a wide variety of options. The warm atmosphere and exceptional service make it highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.
