Diner was very expensive. We were willing to pay higher prices for the experience of the rainforest. We were there for dinner with our grandchildren and wanted them to have a great time. The thunderstorm occurs every 1/2 hr we were told. We had been to other rainforest cafes in Florida and Toronto in the past and had fond memories. On this particular night the thunderstorm was underwhelming. No darkness , no animal noises and no lightning flashes. The animals did move a bit and there were thunder noises. When we asked our waitstaff why the experience was lacking they said it was hit or miss and sometimes they turn the sound down. We asked if they could turn the sound up, but nothing changed. Food was ok but not worth the huge price. Other rainforest cafe locations were much better. Would not recommend this location.

Showed up on a Tuesday at 7:30 and were told they close in 4 min. Website says 9pm place is ran by kids go ANYWHERE but there. Now I see why this place has the reviews it does.

Fortunately the decor saved the restaurant, tables which remain not cleared even though there are not many customers, the manager who passes between the tables without even taking care to help the waiters who do not see the dirty tables. Sanitary facilities that smell bad with clogged toilets. In short, very disappointed even though we had done Disney Land Paris which was great

A very unique experience and my 3 year old, absolutely loved it! A must see place! The people and food is great too. A little on the expensive side for what you get, but it's entertaining too
The restaurant itself is really cool to walk around. There is a fish-tank with huge fish at the entrance.There are a lot of staff to assist. The food was however really expensive so only got fries and then went opposite to Wendy’s for a burger. The fries were very nice and cost $10.There was no WiFi which was a bit frustrating

My overall experience was amazing, while the price is a bit steep you get large portions and really delicious food. Our server was Jimmy and he was really kind and helpful throughout the night, very prompt and even customized my dish so it would be spicier. So the service was pretty great. He even got me a little birthday dessert at the end. Definitely shouldn’t miss this spot if you’re in Niagara Falls!

Food is ok, big portions yes but average overall. Overpriced but it's a tourist spot what can we do.Servers are nice but they seemed too busy and understaffed. Had to get up a few times to look for the server. Great atmosphere tho! The kids loved it :-)

Very beautiful place, I love the rainforest theme. Greenery everywhere, robotic animals and special effects sometimes. I ordered a simple burger and it was delicious, despite the rather expensive price ($44). The server was super nice and took good care of us. They even brought a little dessert for the birthday girl, which was very nice. Finally, I advise you to come and test for the experience
