“We had the pleasure of dining at IHOP on the 26th floor by the falls, and it was an unforgettable experience. The view alone is worth the visit, but what truly made it special was our fantastic waiter. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made our meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the combination of great service and a stunning backdrop made this lunch one for the books. I can’t recommend IHOP at this location enough!“
“The food is always good as it is expected to be in an IHOP. The service was disappointing in the sense that I wanted to seat in an specific table and they did not allow it, even though most tables were empty.Vegetarian options: Very limitedDietary restrictions: Not at all available, except upon specific requestParking: Had to pay for street parkingKid-friendliness: Yes, very.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, through elevators.“
“I'm used to the service and food of American IHOP (Henderson, Nevada namely) food was pretty good,, but unfortunately the service lacked on this visit! Maybe just a bad day for the staff, but I'm not sure, but definitely not the norm!“
“People who leave bad reviews seem to have never been to a restaurant before, you have to wait for your food this is common sense. Staff are very respectful and helped us with all of our needs and the food was what we asked for and expected, being in a tourism area food is bound to be high price but you pay for the convenience of it being in your hotel basement. People need to stop being slobs and learn how a restaurant environment works.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly for our son, server was very nice and made his experience happy.“
“We visited iHop on January 1st and it was a very busy New Years Day. Despite this, the waitresses were calm, collected, and efficient. The kitchen staff worked well under pressure and sent out well-plated and hot meals with special consideration for modifications and requestsWe were so impressed by the attentive service and individual care, despite how (understandably) hectic it was! Coming from a couple that worked in breakfast restaurant kitchen management for years, this was honestly one of the best breakfast restaurant experiences my husband and I have had. Amazing work, team!Vegetarian options: There are tons of already vegetarian options on the menu, although it’s very easy to substitute any meat with other non-meat ingredients or request additional ingredients from the meal. The staff are understanding and accurate for substitutions and making vegetarian-specific suggestions!“
