Great staff, chefs, food, and atmosphere
The food was good and so was the service. It was a good first experience, however it was a bit pricey for the amount of food we were served. Safe to say it’s a good first time experience but would probably only save it for very special occasions. I loved that they cooked the food in front of you and that’s very entertaining.
My First time at Benihana and it did not disappoint. Now, just a little warning it is a bit pricey, but worth it, for the food and entertainment.

Benihana Niagara Falls offers an entertaining dining experience with skilled chefs performing impressive cooking stunts and tricks, making each meal memorable. The staff is friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly. The food tasted great and quantities were very large. The show while the food was being cooked was very good and lots of fun to watch. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for groups, making it a fun dinner experience.
The culinary performances add to the enjoyable experience, making it a place that many visitors look forward to returning to. However, the restaurant has a limited menu, and the service could be improved. Some guests have experienced long wait times for their orders and issues with the food quality, such as cold dishes or subpar fried rice. Despite these occasional challenges, the entertainment value and the overall quality of the meals continue to be the main draws for many diners.
