We came to celebrate a birthday and try a new experience for 2 of the 4 people. Food, and personal chef were excellent. It was a full house in the section of the restaurant therefore noise level was high and hard to hear each other at times. Sad there was only ice-cream for dessert as we certainly wanted something for the birthday girl. We would still come back again though.
Amazing chefs put on a show for an unforgettable experience while catering to all your dietary restrictions/allergies and serving delicious food. I was amazed and very glad to see a vegetarian/vegan option is included for this style of restaurant. Though the route to access the restaurant is a little strange, the ambiance of the restaurant itself would entice me to return on its own.
Always, one of my Favorite places for a meal, been there few times and love, love, love it!!!

Benihana Niagara Falls offers an entertaining dining experience with skilled chefs performing impressive cooking stunts and tricks, making each meal memorable. The staff is friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly. The food tasted great and quantities were very large. The show while the food was being cooked was very good and lots of fun to watch. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for groups, making it a fun dinner experience.
The culinary performances add to the enjoyable experience, making it a place that many visitors look forward to returning to. However, the restaurant has a limited menu, and the service could be improved. Some guests have experienced long wait times for their orders and issues with the food quality, such as cold dishes or subpar fried rice. Despite these occasional challenges, the entertainment value and the overall quality of the meals continue to be the main draws for many diners.
