The staff member at the window, Hardeep, was very polite, respectful, and welcoming. The service was smooth, and there was no long wait for the food.

“I always go through the drive thru window at Wendy's on Lundy's Lane for lunch. The lady at the Window Denise is always smiling and happy. My order is always fast and correct. Denise provides excellent customer service and is very pleasant. I like when I see Denise at the Window because I know they're will be no mistakes with my order.“
“Good food with plenty of options. This is located within walking distance (5 minutes for me) of the “weGo” bus service. So, if you have day pass for wego bus service, this is could be good stop for food before you go towards your hotel. Just order in advance.
Since this is a very busy spot, staff handing over your order is in always rush. Check your order before you leave the counter. One star is deducted.
Although this is a very big place in a busy spot, seats are not always readily available (specially for bigger families of 5 people) but turnover is frequent. Waiting period is around 5-10 minutes. Some tables are not clean upto the expectation. (There goes one more star)
