“I had to delete the previous negative review I did
(months ago) in order to make this one . Guess you can’t leave more than one. BUT is worth it I want to recognize a young girl that works at the register named ALLISON! I hope management sees this and know how valuable she is to your company.. and I say this even when I think this Wendy’s is the rudest one in Buffalo unfortunately is the closest to my home. Long as you stay the way you are you will always be successful. Thank you your service went beyond a mile and giving this Wendy’s another chance would be because of you .
The other employees should learn from you ..
Btw you guys should make sure your cooks wear gloves the kid making the fries etc grabbed the food with no gloves.“
“Went in expecting nothing special and left really impressed. The food was hot, fresh, and came out fast. What stood out most was the staff at this location. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience better.
It may be the same Wendy’s menu, but the service here made a big difference. Definitely one of the better Wendy’s locations I’ve been to.“
“Stopped there last minute, on a Sunday night. The customer service was extraordinary, a worker even came to the dining area to make sure everything was good. I stopped expecting that at fast food restaurants, but I was proven wrong. The food was hot and fresh, will definitely be back.“
“I ordered baconator fries from drive thru I pulled over to eat my lunch and found they were cold and soggy. I brought them inside and they exchanged them for me no questions asked. The guy working fry station even apologized! I'm very satisfied they made it right.“
“My daughter just gave birth at oishei and we are from PA and she hadn't eaten since yesterday so me and my mother went over to Wendy's not realizing the doors closed at 10 and that wonderful staff let us go to the drive thru windows to order so my daughter could get some food. They were very kind and polite people“
“My 4 for 4 was just what I needed. Nuggets were fresh and crispy, my jr bacon cheeseburger was on point and delicious, as well as my fresh fries. I haven’t had good food in weeks since I’ve been traveling and this Wendy’s literally saved me, literally. I don’t normally recommend fast food but this Wendy’s would make Wendy proud lol!“
