Wendy's in Buffalo

“My 4 for 4 was just what I needed. Nuggets were fresh and crispy, my jr bacon cheeseburger was on point and delicious, as well as my fresh fries. I haven’t had good food in weeks since I’ve been traveling and this Wendy’s literally saved me, literally. I don’t normally recommend fast food but this Wendy’s would make Wendy proud lol!“

“I have had mixed experiences here, but whomever was working tonight, Wednesday, August 5th, did a great job. They were slammed tonight and they still got the orders out quickly and accurately. It has been so long since I have had a fast food order that wasn't wrong or messed up in some way, so I am pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches were assembled nice and neat, the fries were fresh, and even the soda tasted better. My family and I didn't have a simple order either. I hope you reward the good ones who are making this location better. They are some keepers. I so appreciate good service. Keep up the good work. 👍“

“Well, opinion wise, not many of the city of Bflo. Wendy's offer 🫴🏽 the friendliest, neatest and cleanest experience. Yet, if frequenting the place, you'll get days were there food is ok or it just is Terribly sloppy as Ever, depending on who's cooking, or how hot and fresh it is!.. I truly do get somewhat of a better experience from different Wendy's restaurants, but can't truly trust any of them, as fast food restaurants, as I don't often eat takeout like previously.. Nor watch countless reruns on TV! I was just recharging an after doing an Uber Eats order, when I went stopped in The other Day on June 29th, 26 Yet, I got more than a memorable experience! As it was a huge fight on the outside, directly next to the building! A female got hurt by a bunch of boys & that just ruined it for that day!! 😬 yeaaah.. & I won't really be frequenting here that much, at this particular location!..“

“I ordered baconator fries from drive thru I pulled over to eat my lunch and found they were cold and soggy. I brought them inside and they exchanged them for me no questions asked. The guy working fry station even apologized! I'm very satisfied they made it right.“

“Stopped there last minute, on a Sunday night. The customer service was extraordinary, a worker even came to the dining area to make sure everything was good. I stopped expecting that at fast food restaurants, but I was proven wrong. The food was hot and fresh, will definitely be back.“

“My daughter just gave birth at oishei and we are from PA and she hadn't eaten since yesterday so me and my mother went over to Wendy's not realizing the doors closed at 10 and that wonderful staff let us go to the drive thru windows to order so my daughter could get some food. They were very kind and polite people“
