I'm not saying this is a 4-star restaurant but it is high up on the fast food list. The drive through staff is mostly friendly - you'll see the on-offs for a couple weeks but then they're gone. I've never gotten a wrong order or cold food or a rude cashier. Nice work here - and I love the remodel. Looks great.
Well, opinion wise, not many of the city of Bflo. Wendy's offer 🫴🏽 the friendliest, neatest and cleanest experience. Yet, if frequenting the place, you'll get days were there food is ok or it just is Terribly sloppy as Ever, depending on who's cooking, or how hot and fresh it is!.. I truly do get somewhat of a better experience from different Wendy's restaurants, but can't truly trust any of them, as fast food restaurants, as I don't often eat takeout like previously.....read full review
2026: Ordered here last night. Missing item, chicken was burnt, food was cold. Overall disappointed especially with how expensive it was. Sauce was forgotten
Previous: The french fries were good and so was the drink, but they gave me a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. Still, good service, but I was looking fowards to a hamburger.

Wendy's is a popular fast-food restaurant with friendly cashiers and supervisors who ensure customers receive their orders promptly. The menu offers some vegetarian options, including a bag with apple, broccoli, carrots, and celery. The dining room was clean, and the parking lot was plenty. Despite some drawbacks, Wendy's provides good food, including hot and fresh fries, and exceptional customer service. The manager and staff were very friendly, and the team honored a coupon even though the customer was having a difficult time. The spicy chicken sandwich and baked potato was exactly what was needed. The mobile app experience is nice.
