“We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Aman and Raman! They were both incredibly kind, respectful, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit.

There was a small mix-up with one of our orders at first, but they handled it so professionally and went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected. The way they handled the situation truly stood out to us. By the time we left, we were all smiling and genuinely happy with our experience.

It’s not often that you come across customer service that feels this warm and sincere. Aman and Raman were not only beautiful inside and out, but also so welcoming and attentive. They really made our experience that much better.

“I come to this Wendy’s pretty frequently since it’s close to me and the service has always been great and the food has always been good quality. Booths are always clean too. Tonight Shalina offered exceptional service even when some of the customers were acting rude. Will surely be back again.“

“I have been to this Wendy's quite a few times. The food is fresh and hot. Service is friendly and fast.
The only turn off is the inside of the store. The location is great however, the seating is broken, unkept and dirty most times. For some reason the tiles and walking in always feels dirty. Like it's not fresh inside. Just eat maybe and leave.

Otherwise this is okay overall. I believe there is a washroom on site with purchase.“

“Great food and service but the Jamaican manager with red hair was yelling at, and berating employees in front of customers and being overall unprofessional as a manager and leader of a young staff. The rest of the cooks/staff were great and the food was fresh and served quickly. A+ to the workers. F to the manager, she’s the weak link in the restaurant. Hence the once star for atmosphere“

“I had a breakfast burrito wrap here and it tasted amazing, it was like the best burrito wrap I’ve ever ate

Unfortunately the next week I ordered the same thing and it didn’t hit the same

But I still order it in hopes that I will taste the taste of the same burrito I tasted years ago“

“Wendy's is a lifesaver for young people, backpackers, travelers, and anyone wishing to quickly fix hunger without breaking the bank. Generally, I feel full even with a simple value burger, unlike McDonald's, where you're still hungry and the burger looks really small compared to the advertised picture. The bathroom is cleaner than the Bathurst McDonald's. I only have two positive criticisms: the location of the Wendy's is not optimum for visibility, too close to Popeyes, and the Wendy's logo should shine much higher to be seen among all the limelight of the area. The best location would have been directly at Bathurst and Dundas, where two bus lines and numerous cars cross, and they can easily distinguish the Wendy's logo because nothing else shines in that area. This is perfect for travelers and people from nearby shelters trying to kill hunger late at night.“

“Today I went to the drive-thru at wendys, and the young girl working the window was incredibly sweet, passionate, and welcoming. She greeted us with a big smile and such positive energy that it genuinely made our experience better. It’s really nice to see young high school students working so happily and enthusiastically. Her attitude truly stood out and made our day. Great customer service!“

“Although I’ve seen the 3.2 star overall reviews that this location has collectively, I tried it out and it was just fine. Food was good as usual, location was clean. Not sure if they improved because of the FIFA events being near by. I say keep up the good work and make sure to work towards a 4.7 star. Listen to peoples reviews as is for your own good.“
