“I stopped at the Wendy’s at 1200 King Street West and the service was amazing. Saeed at the front was absolutely wonderful — very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The lady in the kitchen (I didn’t catch her name) was also great, you can tell she cares about the food she’s putting out.

The whole team made the experience really pleasant. Customer service was on point, and I definitely recommend this location to anyone. Great people and great service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“As a newbie to the neighborhood, who likes a little snack before grocery shopping- this Wendy’s location is perfect for that purpose.

I have been here twice so far since moving down here at the beginning of the month. The associate working both times (didn’t get his name) with his light coloured hair tied into a pony tail, is absolutely amazing. Firstly, the guest experience when being served by them is warm, friendly and efficient. He has connections with locals and has excellent humour. Their work ethic is unmatched. I have been managing in the restaurant industry for 10 years and you can spot a valuable employee within 5 seconds of watching them work, well he proved it in less. Watching him move around the kitchen with confidence and pack food with finesse was honestly satisfying. Please please please take care of this employee as they are putting 100% effort into their job and deserve gratitude beyond recognition.

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich combo from this location while in my lunch break. The service was nice and quick even though I was there during peak hours. The food was nice and hot. It was prepared well. Overall a good fast food experience. Nothing for me to complain about. “

“Wendy's is a lifesaver for young people, backpackers, travelers, and anyone wishing to quickly fix hunger without breaking the bank. Generally, I feel full even with a simple value burger, unlike McDonald's, where you're still hungry and the burger looks really small compared to the advertised picture. The bathroom is cleaner than the Bathurst McDonald's. I only have two positive criticisms: the location of the Wendy's is not optimum for visibility, too close to Popeyes, and the Wendy's logo should shine much higher to be seen among all the limelight of the area. The best location would have been directly at Bathurst and Dundas, where two bus lines and numerous cars cross, and they can easily distinguish the Wendy's logo because nothing else shines in that area. This is perfect for travelers and people from nearby shelters trying to kill hunger late at night.“

“Today I went to the drive-thru at wendys, and the young girl working the window was incredibly sweet, passionate, and welcoming. She greeted us with a big smile and such positive energy that it genuinely made our experience better. It’s really nice to see young high school students working so happily and enthusiastically.
