Wendy's offers a pleasant dining experience with very good service. Farzana Akhter stands out for her exceptional customer service, always friendly and attentive. Most staff members are friendly and make each visit enjoyable, while the restaurant maintains a clean environment. However, one staff member, Sudhu Ahnaf, has received negative feedback for his poor behavior and slow service. Overall, the restaurant is recommended for its hot and fresh food and the positive attitude of its staff.
