2024: Grabbed a meal at lunch time and the place is packed. Sad to say but nothing has changed since my last visit. Was there for lunch. The music piped in was terrible. Some heavy metal stuff. This is also my third time here in a month and again it’s freezing cold inside. They clearly don’t want guests to linger. This is definitely NOT a family friendly location.Kid-friendliness: NOT kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is Not accessible. Both entrances are one step up. Only one has touch door opener.

Ok so definitely don't try to order anything that isn't like a common item, or you wait forever. The service is as slow as a sit down restaurant. Night time brings all the excitement.
