“Been going to this Location for 8 Years and never have any bad Experience..Excellent Customer Service…Food is Always Well and Freshly Prepared.Indoor Dine In Area, Can get busy at times. Parking is Available. Irony is that People always Rush to post a review when they have negative experience but Never post a review in appreciation. That is my reason for this place to have 3.8 Rating.“

“I am a frequent customer to this location. Its by far the best Wendy's location that i know of. I always find the restaurant is clean, i never have to choose from messy tables, the service has always been accurate and quick and the staff seem to genuinely want to give you the best possibile experience. Compared to Milton, or the locations i visited in Hamilton, this is the Wendys to visit if you are passing by on Ford Drive/Royal Windsor.“
