“Very friendly staff like the rude and useless crew at the attached Tim's...they totally focus on drive thru a typically terrible Tim's. Wendy's coffee free not even a discount and they are rude when you ask. Be warned for both operations they close in store service at 10 sharp then drive thru i do not like drive thrus. The near by Mcd's close in store at 12 pm but it is their usual crap offering. A rough clientel so i stopped going. The teenagers are disgusting. Core of bad actors out to be disruptive.“
“This is the only Wendy's I will visit. They have gotten to know my order and they ensure I receive hot fresh food everytime I visit. Which every other wendys from Stoney creek mountain to Ancaster fails to do. I hope your area Manger sees this and gives this location the recognition they deserve.“
