“We were hungry after visiting Niagara Falls and found Rok’s as we drove by. We had the Yang nyum and the Kal Bi fried chicken meals, they came with fries and radishes. I can’t even put into words how tasty both flavors were, everyone enjoyed it. I even dreamt about it for a few days afterwards, it was that good. I live in Maryland and I’m thinking about driving back to Canada just for this chicken!! Come to the US please.“
“If you’re visiting Niagara Falls and craving authentic Korean food, Korean Garden is a good option to consider. Conveniently located, it is only a brief five-minute drive from the falls, making it an accessible dining choice. To start off, I had a Korean Hot Dog ($10), contrary to its name, it wasn't a traditional hot dog but rather a breaded cheese on a stick with chunks of potato. It was an intriguing twist on the conventional hot dog, offering a unique taste experience. My only critique of this dish was its size; it was so delicious that I couldn’t help but wish for a larger portion, especially for that price. Next, I tried Rose Rice Cake ($20) and as a Tteokbokki enthusiast, this dish didn’t let me down. It was flavourful as expected. The generous portion size was meant to be shared as an appetizer. The Galbi ($29), a dish of BBQ beef short ribs marinated in a special sauce and served alongside rice, was another standout item on the menu.As with any Korean meal, we were served side dishes (banchan) to accompany our meal. The kimchi is always a delight but what piqued my interest was the fish cake side dish which worked well with the rice cake. I ended up ordering a Korean coffee ($5) to go as well. On a snowy Tuesday, the place was vacant with convenient parking. Its comforting interior decor, Korean ballade music in the background, and chill vibes added to the lovely restaurant ambiance.“
“We had the All You Can Eat Korean BBQ along with the best tasting Jampong and Jjajangmyun. They were all absolutely delicious and flavourful. This place is a must try when you visit the falls. They also have free parking for customers. Simply amazing all around, highly recommended!!!!“
“Probably because it is the winter off-season, it is not open~^^(Yesterday and today were a waste of time.)Most restaurants nearby are like that.Yesterday I ended up going to a Nepalese restaurant, and today I ended up going to 7-Eleven next to my Pyeongtaek restaurant. We recommend staying on the Canadian side. It's a completely different atmosphere from the US.“
