“Ordered takeout for the first time. I ordered the chicken cutlet with rice. It was roughly around $13.99 excluding tax. It was good. Very generous amount of rice. I wish they provided more sauce for the katsu as well as side dishes. However when you dine in, they do provide side dishes. Overall, it was worth the try.“

“The Owl of Minerva is a great addition to the pickering food scene and to the greater Durham Region. The menu is fantastic and diverse and the staff are friendly and warm.“

“Looking at these recent reviews I must say that I wholeheartedly disagree with the people whom had a less Desirable experience, but respect their opinion nonetheless. I can wholeheartedly say that this was not my experience. I approached the counter and was greeted by a friendly associate who took my order. They were pleasant and I told me that my meal would be ready within 6 to 7 minutes. I had sat down and within six minutes it was ready and I must say it was above my expectation. Not only was it delicious it was the most economical choice of all the food court. Not to discredit the other pricing systems I’m just saying that bang bang gives you bang for your buck!. I had talked briefly to the person working behind the cash and then explain to me that they had recently taken over and there are a few growing pains, this probably explains the dissatisfied customers on the reviews. Honestly the chicken sandwich is unbelievable and my companion for lunch , had tried the cheese hotdog combination and they loved it along with the two choices of sauces that they provided. I wish I could remember the names but I’m not certain I know one was a mixture of spicy mayonnaise , and the other one was a chilli sweet savoury sauce. Anyhow I hope you enjoy your experience and I highly recommend.“

“The Korean wings are amazing!!! We enjoyed the gangnam style most but all of them are so good. The cheesy fries and corn were amazing as well. However when we came for the Korean grill, it was pretty bad. It’s a hot plate that warms the wok to cook (not a charcoal or open fire grill). Our gas can was empty so it was cooking on a cold wok until we told the waitress to change it. The waitresses are young students who don’t really know much about the food nor do they look excited or add to the atmosphere. I felt bad for them seeing them miserable.“
