“I tried the 3 mandu and got tang kalguksoo. About 17.99 including tax.
Mandus were very chewy and beef feeling was good. Noodle had good portion for me and very chewy .their soup base has good flavor for you can't stop slurping in .meats and eggs are very very chewy to eat. Their kimchi is also spicy and go well with the noodle and mandus.“

“Very close to our house! Very convenient as a Korean, I always get cravings for Korean food and I am glad it’s very close to my house. Food tastes authentic! I had combo dish tofu soup and grilled fish. I also got tung su yuk was very good!“

“The shop owner is a very friendly Korean auntie who serves authentic and delicious Korean food. I have been ordering takeout for a few times. Recently it is the crab season and I have tried the special menu - spicy crab soup and soy sauce marinated raw crab. That’s incredible! Couldn’t believe I could eat such freshly cooked and delicious food at such a low price. Would also love to mention that the auntie is very generous with giving multiple side dishes - with variety of choices and taste really good. Worth trying and you would definitely love to come back for a second time, just like me being a loyal customer now ^_^

“I've been to this restaurant several times. It is basically furnished but you don't come here for the atmosphere. The main thing that stood out to me for this restaurant was the service and the friendliness and attentiveness of the server which never failed us!“

“I've been here 4 times already with various friends, and we all agreed that it's a wonderful place for some Korean food. Parking can be limited in this area, and the restaurant itself isn't too fancy. The service is excellent, and it's great value for what you get. Highly recommended if you're in the area.“

“The price was pretty reasonable they automatically did gratuity here, I ordered all the beef honestly I could’ve ate more didn’t want to overeat, the flavour of the beef was delicious.

“I’ve tried a few mapo gamjatang locations, and this one is definitely my favorite! The meat is sooo tender and falls right off the bone, and all side dishes are really good😋 I often come here for lunch on weekdays, their service is always attentive and quick to notice what i need.“

“Tried the Supreme Chicken and Rose Tteokbokki at The Fry and everything was sooo good. The chicken was crispy and super flavourful, and the rose tteokbokki was actually amazing. Also wanna say the girl serving us was super nice and friendly which made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!“

Her Bibimbap was authentic and her variety of sauces were able to feed everyone from spicy lovers, meat lovers, to neither! She curated a personalized menu for our team and ensured all dietary needs were met. Not to mention the delivery service by her team were so kind and accommodating to our difficult to find unit. “Delicious food and generous portions! I've ordered takeout and catering, and the katsu holds up during travel. Next time, I'll have to dine in as the katsu must be even better fresh out of the kitchen. Highly recommend the chicken katsu burger and the fish katsu burger.“

“Had a really great experience at BBQ Chicken! We ordered the Secret Sauce boneless wings, Caribbean Spice wings, and Cheeseling Fries, and everything was really good. The food was flavorful, crispy, and delicious!

“The bill came around $77 with 4 people, which I find very affordable. The food was decent, although the potatos and the tteokbokki were a little too overcooked, which it turned out really mushy. Overall the food was fine and I recommend the different dishes too.“

“VERYYYYY yummy, I do not get disappointed by the food quality, the service and overall experience. The only small con is the size (but every store in this area is small as well) sometimes there can be a line and it leads outside. I usually check when there is the least amount of traction and go! There is no place to sit and dine in, keep that in mind too. With that being said;

“Really enjoyed this place for its authentic Chinese food. Everything tasted very homemade and comforting, which I really appreciated.
The cold noodles and crispy pork were amazing! The assorted dumplings were a bit more mixed for me. Some of the flavors were quite strong, especially the one with celery and peppers inside. That said, I really enjoyed the chive and pork dumplings!
The atmosphere is just okay, but considering the portion sizes, quality, and price, I think this place offers great value. If you’re looking for authentic, home-style Chinese food without spending too much, this is definitely worth trying.“

“I’ve been to Ho Ban Korean Restaurant more than five times, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in and are always happy to help with anything you need.
The food is consistently good, and the service never disappoints. I also appreciate how clean and well-kept the restaurant is, including the washroom. It’s clear that they take pride in both their food and customer service.

“I ordered a noodle bowl for lunch and thought it was pretty good. It came with plenty of vegetables and had a nice Korean-inspired flavor. The sauce felt like it was missing a little something, but overall it was a light and healthy meal that worked well for lunch.
The staff were very hardworking and attentive. One thing I noticed is that the layout of the food preparation area and equipment could probably be improved to make the operation more efficient, especially during busy hours.

“have a lovely experience with this restaurant. We suppose to be eating at gyubee however we are unable to book a reservation on time. and we try the chako, the service 100% satisfyinfg. accomodate us from the time we sat on the table. replenish the meat and condiments and ask for time to time if we needed something. Worth the money and experience I might say. must a try for anyone looking for bbq grill and were looking forward to be back again. thanks!“

“We visit Daldongnae very often but this location specifically has been a frequent visit. Sean, the manager, was so kind and willing to help my friend with setting up a birthday dinner and cake surprise for me back in August. He even have a few extra drinks and a tote bag on the house, it was so sweet!!
They have also recently started to offer halal beef options now, which is so incredible! Their tenderloin, hanging tender, and ribeye roll are our regular order and it’s always so fresh and juicy. Their sides by far have to be my most favourite (especially the pumpkin mash and the cheesy corn) of all and i am yet to find another restaurant with this much variety and flavour in sides! Kimchi fried rice is also a must try.
We have the most fun dining experience here every time we go. Very worth it do go check it out!!“
