have a lovely experience with this restaurant. We suppose to be eating at gyubee however we are unable to book a reservation on time. and we try the chako, the service 100% satisfyinfg. accomodate us from the time we sat on the table. replenish the meat and condiments and ask for time to time if we needed something. Worth the money and experience I might say. must a try for anyone looking for bbq grill and were looking forward to be back again. thanks!

I didn’t appreciate that there was an autograt tip added to our party of two, with no clear signage warning us of this, nor that it was explained as “this goes to the whole team, but if you want to tip me you can add on top” which is, of course, calculated on TOP of the autograt.
