Also wanna say the girl serving us was super nice and friendly which made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!“

Its a family owned business, the food looked delicious, the mandu and kalguksu were delicious and I recommend coming here. The owner is so nice and caring, the food has very generous portions. “Tried BBQ Chicken and it definitely lived up to the hype. The chicken was super crispy on the outside but still really juicy inside. You can tell it’s made fresh because the texture and flavor were on point. The sauce was perfectly balanced — sweet, savory, and just the right amount of kick.

The portions were generous and everything tasted really high quality. If you like Korean fried chicken, this place is a must-try. I come here all the time and it never disappoints. The owner is really kind and always smiling🔥😊“

“May 2026 update: overall atmosphere and service is the same. However I've had to reduce my rating of the food to 3 stars. I'm not sure if the oil used now to fry the chicken and fries is old or a bit stale but my throat is not happy after eating our meal. Ive been to other places that used old oil and the same thing happened as well. The chicken overall also felt drier, not the same quality experience I had when I first went there.

Original review: I can't believe I've waited this long to do a review on this Mary Brown's location. Of course, Mary Brown's makes fried chicken. We know that. However, one thing I've come to realize is that not all franchises are created equally. I've been to other locations where the chicken feels greasy or ones where I'm convinced the oil is old and the chicken tastes subpar. That is not the case with this Mary Brown's location. I've been quite a few times now and each time, I'm completely satisfied with the quality of the fried chicken. The chicken is made well, it's crispy, flavourful (and not too salty) and moist without being oily or greasy. Dare I say, this chicken makes me happy!

On top of it all, you have to try their taters. Coated and seasoned, the family likes to dip them in gravy and ketchup but I personally love their poutine drenched in gravy and cheese turds. The gravy is rich, savory, and a perfect complement for these taters.

Located close to Chester subway station, this Mary Brown's Chicken on the Danforth also has a patio that can be enjoyed in the warmer months. Staff at this location are pleasant, professional, and friendly. This is one Mary Brown's location is one I plan to continue to visit!“

“I’ve had consistently positive experiences at this Jollibee location. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and takes the time to make sure every order is correct.

A special shoutout to Sheelah, who happily took my order with a smile the entire time, it really made my visit enjoyable. I’d also like to recognize the female manager (I believe) who was working on July 23. She patiently opened every glass tumbler for customers who purchased one so they could inspect it for any damage. I’m sure it wasn’t the most exciting task, but she handled it with such a positive attitude and a smile on her face.

Despite being a very busy location, the restaurant is clean, organized, and you can tell the staff works incredibly hard. I’ve become a big fan of Jollibee’s chicken sandwiches and spaghetti. I’d highly recommend this location for both the great food and the outstanding customer service.“
