And it wasn't until we got home that we discovered that one of our chicken sandwiches was incorrect due to a lack of attention, other than that, no complaints.“

“Tried Chicas Hot Chicken while traveling in Toronto and really enjoyed it. I got the OG sandwich — the one that’s earned them Michelin recognition multiple times — and it definitely lived up to the hype. Great flavor, fresh ingredients, and cooked to order. My wife got the hot honey chicken it was really good too. A little pricey, but not unreasonable for the quality; feels like a solid “treat yourself” lunch spot.

I went right when they opened and there was no line, which I’d recommend because everything is made fresh and took about 10–15 minutes. Plan ahead, but worth the wait.“

“I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this Chick-fil-A location. I have been coming here every single Friday for what feels like forever, and somehow they never disappoint. Out of all the places I could go, this is the one spot I consistently look forward to every week.

The customer service here is honestly incredible. Every single employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely seems happy to help. You can tell that the team works hard to create a positive environment, and it makes such a difference. The staff always greet customers with a smile, and even when they’re busy, they remain friendly and efficient.

I have to specifically mention the Friday night team because they are absolutely amazing. There is one gentleman who I believe may be a manager (although I’m not completely sure) who is always so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Every time I see him, he goes above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back.

Now for the food perfection every single time. My order is usually a sweet tea and a large fry, and somehow they always get it exactly right. The sweet tea is consistently fresh and delicious, and the fries are always hot, crispy, and generously filled. It might sound funny, but I genuinely spend the week looking forward to my Friday Chick fil A run. Nothing hits quite like that sweet tea and those fries after a long week.

What I appreciate most is the consistency. Whether it’s busy or quiet, whether I’m dining in or taking food to go, the experience is always excellent. That’s rare these days, and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back week after week.

“This is by far my favorite KFC that I have experienced in the GTA thus far! The chicken and fries are fresh with no weird smell or after taste which I experience at most KFC locations. The stuff are very accommodating and customer friendly. If I didn't live that far away I would be at this location way more often though I do feel it is worth the drive if you want decent KFC and fast service with food that is fresh! “I went to this KFC on 21st July around 5:30 PM, and I honestly had a really good experience. I don’t understand why some people are leaving negative reviews — the service here was amazing!
The cashier was super calm, polite, and took my order quickly. She was also helping with preparing food, which really shows how dedicated the staff are. My food took about 5 minutes, but that’s totally fine because it was fresh. I’d rather wait a few minutes for fresh food than get something rushed and not tasty.
I’ve waited longer at places like McDonald’s (sometimes 15 minutes!) so this was actually quick and well done. The staff here are doing a great job, and I appreciate their hard work. Some people just don’t realize good service takes a little time. Keep it up, KFC team!“
