The service was relatively quick and the people were friendly.

The seating area had some weird wooden fence around every table which honestly just made things cramped for no reason. It made it annoying to get sit down and get out.“

“Me and my friend came here today and ordered the gangnam fried chicken and the cheese one aswell. The cheese fried chicken was probably the best fried chicken I’ve had, I highly recommend it. But what made this place a true 5 star was the customer service. Our server was Yubin and he made sure to frequently check up on us. The playlist was really good, they were playing 2000s throwbacks and it made me nostalgic too. Very glad I came here!“

Asian pizza sauce tends to be sweeter than traditional pizza sauce. Korean taste usually is more sweeter as well.

We got half and half pizza (bulgogi + shrimbul). Bulgogi was sweet and tasty. Lots of meat and cheese on it. Shrimpbul had lots of shrimp (tails on though!), bulgogi and lots of toppings. I liked shrimpbul more than m bulgogi.
Pizza is huge! 13 inches wide.

Supreme chicken, appetizer size. Korean fried chicken is always tasty! They cover it in Korean sweet spicy sauce :)

“i was kind of taken aback by the prices. portions aren’t tHAT big and even though the chicken was very hot, juicy, delicious, and freshly fried, i don’t think i can justify paying tHAT much for fried chicken. nevertheless , i still think it was good chicken. the supreme sauce had a surprising tangy, sour lemon sweetness to it, and there’s a bit of a spicy fEELING (although it doesn’t taste spicy). or maybe it was just because it was served so hot. we also got a bunch of complimentary stuff, like corn cheese and the side dishes.“

“Tried this on a whim after a long day of errands and I kept smelling something good when I was in the Aura mall. I went with the crispy chicken with chilli powder, and it exceeded my expectations! Soooo fresh and tasty— and the chicken-rice ratio is great. You get lots of meat and it’s seasoned very well. For $14.99 this meal comes with a drink, so I think this is pretty great value. Would definitely order from here again whenever I’m in the area :)))“

“I stopped by Union Chicken at Union Station recently. The standout here is definitely the flavour, the kitchen has absolutely mastered the seasoning, and everything tasted delicious. However, there are a few execution details holding the experience back. First, the food temperature was disappointing. I ordered the rotisserie chicken and fries, and it arrived tepid rather than hot. I get that rotisserie chicken is made ahead of time, but I assume it had been pre-cut and left sitting in a food warmer, and the fries felt a bit tired instead of freshly made. On the fried chicken side, the flavor was spot on, but the breading completely flaked off the meat while eating it, would have been more enjoyable with better adhesion (perhaps a better dredge?). The meal layout could also use a rethink. Some of the larger meals are served on plates that are simply too small, making it a balancing act to keep food from spilling over or requiring multiple plates. Also, pairing a fried chicken plate with a heavy slice of brioche is a massive carb overload; swapping that bread for a fresh, crisp vegetable would make the meal way more cohesive and balanced. As for the service, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which gave the meal a nice, pleasant foundation. There is definitely still some room for them to sharpen their efficiency and attentiveness as they grow, but the positive attitude is already there. It's a solid, flavorful station stop, and with a few minor tweaks to freshness and plating, it could easily become a top-tier spot.“

During my visit there was a Huge Line for that Free Chicken and I ordered the Reaper Sandwich which is made with Carolina Reaper Pepper and yes it sure is Spicy! Believe it or Not I ate the sandwich without having anything to drink and I sure felt like a Dragon On Fire Afterwards! Lol. Furthermore, in order to get your sandwich, You had to register on TikTok or Instagram and I did it through TikTok in which I recently opened up my account just to get the Hot Chicken Sandwich! “Yesterday was my very first time trying Chick N Joy. I decided to order home delivery. I have to say I'm surprised of the portion sizes, I wasn't expecting it to be so much. I like that the meals are priced right for the portion. I really enjoyed the golden crispy fries, and also the macaroni salad. I didn't enjoy the Homemade Butter Biscuit, it felt more like bread that was steamed, but otherwise tasted okay. I was looking for more of a tea biscuit texture. The chicken skin was very salty, but the chicken was ok (for the white meat), but as for the dark meat I didn't really enjoy it as if felt a little bit under cooked.“

“The customer service at this location is top notch. I did a mobile order and waited at a table, they brought out my order in exactly 10 mins. I had no problem with that as it was busy and it was peak dinner time. The staff was so nice, she apologized for the order taking so long and gave me a token for a free kids meal!“

“Absolutely amazing seafood feast! 🦞✨ The lobster was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning and garlic. Every bite was rich and satisfying.

The mussels were incredibly fresh and coated in a savory sauce that paired perfectly with the rice. The flavors were bold, well-balanced, and truly mouthwatering.

“We had a few things on their menu and everything was absolutely delicious! We will be coming back often since it’s around the corner. There’s a slight waiting time for each meal that comes out since they are very busy on deliveries but that just shows how popular and good this place is. 👌🏼 10/10“

They should consider mixing the serving up this in some of the other flavours they offer so that it’s a sample to try before ordering other items from the menu.
