From the start, Angela made the experience better. Whether it’s a busy rush or a quiet day, she treats everyone with the same respect and positive energy. She takes the time to listen, gets orders right, and never makes you feel rushed. Even when it’s hectic, she stays calm and professional, which really stands out.

“Just ordered these on UberEats, they were possibly the best wings I’ve ever had. They were packaged perfectly, still crispy and delicious. We got 5 different flavours, all spectacular. I don’t usually like fried pickles, but I couldn’t stop eating them. Fries were meh. We’re definitely coming by if they serve beer and hockey.“

Had momos for appetizer, salmon on a bed of tomato lentils for the main course, and creme brulee for dessert. Hot chocolate with whipped cream was perfect for a cold day. “I’m not gonna lie, this place changed how I view Pizza Pizza. The poppers and large pizza I ordered were just…incredible. I have no words. Pro tip: when the pizza is delivered, through it in the oven at 350 for around 5 minutes for the PERFECT crisp. Coming back for more jalapeño poppers ASAP.“

“After a stressful week, my partner and I walked in without expecting much from a fast food restaurant, but Aidan completely turned our day around.

From the moment we walked in, he welcomed us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu, patiently walking us through the different options, answering all of our questions with confidence, and helping us decide without making us feel rushed. You could tell he actually knew the products and cared about making sure we had a great experience.

It was also a really hot day outside, and even though we had already ordered drinks, he thoughtfully offered us complimentary cups of water as well. It’s a small gesture, but it showed that he genuinely cared about his customers’ comfort rather than just doing the bare minimum. That level of hospitality is rare these days.

What impressed me even more was seeing him cleaning underneath the garbage bins. Most people clean around them, but he was making sure every corner was spotless. This is, without a doubt, the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. It honestly felt as clean as a hospital. Seeing someone take so much pride in their work brings me genuine joy because I try to approach my own work the same way.

Aidan’s customer service wasn’t scripted or robotic. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and authentic. Employees like him are the reason customers come back.

“I had a really great experience at Popeyes! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor as always. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Harman was very friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. Kulwinder (the manager) was also very professional and clearly runs the place well—everything was organized and the team worked smoothly.“

“We decided to go there for a late lunch the other day after our Irish son-in-law suggested that this was possibly the best place in town to try an Irish spice bag. It certainly didn’t let us down. The food came fairly rapidly and was extremely fresh. Our waiter, Cameron was extremely helpful in recommending that the spice bag could easily satisfy two hungry adults. Washing this down with a nice pour of Guinness was the best thing you could imagine.

The atmosphere was terrific. There was a band playing in the background. They were doing contemporary music as a two-piece band. This made for a very enjoyable afternoon. We chose to stay at the back of the restaurant where it was a little quieter, enabling us to carry on a conversation.
