I stopped by Union Chicken at Union Station recently. The standout here is definitely the flavour, the kitchen has absolutely mastered the seasoning, and everything tasted delicious. However, there are a few execution details holding the experience back. First, the food temperature was disappointing. I ordered the rotisserie chicken and fries, and it arrived tepid rather than hot. Best rotisserie chicken in the city. Better than bernharts! Amazing fried chicken. The pepper gravy is delicious. Chicken fingers that can compete with raising cains in the USA. Perfect spot before or after a game or concert. Service is super fast.
