Church's Texas Chicken offers friendly and fast customer service with knowledgeable staff who are generally kind and welcoming. The restaurant serves fresh, hot, and juicy chicken, along with delicious biscuits, especially the honey butter biscuits which are a standout. The interior design is noteworthy, creating a comfortable community space within a chain restaurant. While most visits are positive, some customers have experienced issues such as unclean tables, leftover food, and longer wait times. Occasionally, staff members may seem rude or annoyed, especially when busy, which can affect the overall experience. Despite these challenges, the chicken remains tasty and enjoyable, and the restaurant provides wheelchair accessibility with a ramp and electronic door opener. Overall, it is a place appreciated for its good food and welcoming atmosphere.
