This is where I choose to go to for an easy dinner out. Food is high quality, service is casual and friendly, and the ambience is just right.
Cafe Zuzu's is one of those places you almost don't want to tell people about because it feels like Toronto's best-kept secret. Whether you're stopping in during the day for a coffee and a bite or settling in for an evening with a great bottle of wine, it never disappoints. The new pizza menu is fantastic. Cafe ZUZU Pizzeria is a beautiful and cozy local spot from the Gusto group of restaurants, known for high quality. The menu features excellent pizzas, including the special of the day, vodka, mushroom truffle, and the Forth pizza, which is unreal. The Vodka pizza is thin, delicious, beautiful, and giant, while the Chicken Cotolette is crispy, flavourful, and perfection. The lunch special, 'The Isabella' and 'The Bianca', along with a yummy Caesar, are highly recommended. The hot honey is to die for, and the icecreams are to die for. The Vodka Pasta is amazing. The coffee and drinks are good, though the iced coffee is not recommended. The service is quick, efficient, and extremely friendly, with servers like Brooklyn and Emma providing great recommendations and taking great care of guests. Happy hour every Saturday is a hit.
