“great food! Awesome customer service“

“I went there last night. I ordered my food. I was told it will be ready in 30 mins. I got at the 35 mins mark paid and was told it will be just a few mins . After 15 mins of waiting i asked how long my food will be and was told it was being packed up. After another 5 I told then I had to leave and was told it was just coming . I waited a few more and just asked for my money back. It took them a few minutes and the manager came out and got me money but asked me to wait just a few more minutes and would bring the food to my car complimentary. I said fair enough. I left a very decent tip on the counter and waited out front where. No body brought the food . I went back in and the girl said we looked for and couldn’t find you . She went to see where my food was and never came back. I left grab my tip that was still in the counter and left . This place is ridiculous. Nothing more to say.“

“I stopped by for the first time to chicken squared. The wings were made upon order and the best I have ever had! I tried it with the hot sauce and the honey garlic. I also had the chai which was the right level sweetness. The staff person, Karan, who took my order, was friendly and also checked in to see what I thought of the food. I was very impressed by the high level of service. Will definitely come back next time I am in Oakville to try the other items!! Wish this was in Vancouver“

“I had a fantastic visit to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, juicy inside—and the sides were fresh and delicious. The service was excellent; the team was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience really pleasant.

Manager Aseem was attentive and approachable, making sure everything ran smoothly and customers were taken care of. You can tell this location is well-managed, and it makes a big difference. Definitely one of the better Popeyes locations I’ve been to—I’ll be coming back!“

“I really liked the food and service.“

“Food was phenomenal ! I got the new CQ Hot Box, it was fresh, crispy and very juicy. Only complaint is they asked my desired spice level and I don't think they spiced it at all, oh well. Chicken was amazing, coleslaw is pretty regular but a nice included side. Pickles were good too! Price is very fair, will definitely go back. Also, the lady who served me was very polite and very straight forward about wait time. She also told me she deals with a lot of rude customers even after she explains the wait to them which I don't understand at all. 100% support this place!!“
