“First time ordering here and they didn't have a lot of the items ready so it was a 25 min wait. I got a crunchy chicken sandwich, biscuits, chicken nuggets, regular fries, cheesecake, coleslaw and grilled burger. The biscuits were nice and fluffy. The fries was really good, crispy but a bit greasy. The chicken nuggets was good. Kind of reminded me of Wendy's nuggets. The chicken sandwich was decent, but I have had better. I didn't care for the coleslaw. It looked creamy, but the taste was there for me. I had asked for a mild grilled burger with no jalepenos. The cashier never mentioned anything when I said that. When I got the sandwich it was extremely spicy and there were jalepenos on it. After that one bite I couldn't eat it. My husband asked what they could do and they said they couldn't do anything as it only comes in spicy. No one had mentioned this to me beforehand, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. My husband end up eating half just so it wouldn't go to waste but had to cool himself down with plenty of drinks due to the amount of spice in it. Considering it is the only grilled burger option, I wish they had offered a mild option. My husband did mentioned that another couple left when he went to ask about the sandwich because they didn't have any mild option for the same burger.“
“I went there last night. I ordered my food. I was told it will be ready in 30 mins. I got at the 35 mins mark paid and was told it will be just a few mins . After 15 mins of waiting i asked how long my food will be and was told it was being packed up. After another 5 I told then I had to leave and was told it was just coming . I waited a few more and just asked for my money back. It took them a few minutes and the manager came out and got me money but asked me to wait just a few more minutes and would bring the food to my car complimentary. I said fair enough. I left a very decent tip on the counter and waited out front where. No body brought the food . I went back in and the girl said we looked for and couldn’t find you . She went to see where my food was and never came back. I left grab my tip that was still in the counter and left . This place is ridiculous. Nothing more to say.“
“Honestly, only got the fish sandwich because it was on promotion. It’s not too bad. Wings and chicken were fresh and crispy, worth the five minutes wait. For the same price you would spend at a Golden Arches, you actually can get a different varieties of food from Popeyes.“
“Ordered a big crisp mild, they absolutely crushed it!! Mild sauce was still full of flavour, no grease or oil in the chicken burger, loved it! Can't wait to come try and the spicy chicken as that it's actually a spicy breading not just a spicy sauce on top.Website says halal hand slaughtered“
“Fries were delicious, my favorite was the herbed fries. A bit salty but ok for something once in a while.We got 3 different chicken sandwiches, I got the cartelio, was delicious. We had a 5 min drive home so wasn't as crispy as I was hoping. My husband had a picalito, just the right amount of heat, my son had the OMG, and he said it was so spicy, couldn't even finish and he likes spicy things.“
