SO GOOD! We visited the Chicken Cartel for lunch and was greeted by the owner and chef, Donny, who exudes passion for his craft and boasts a sassy sense of humor. Get ready to have your chicken world rocked. Chef Donovan has really created the perfect chicken sandwiches. With all the intricate flavors and combinations, there's no chicken sandwiches like them around.

Fries were delicious, my favorite was the herbed fries. A bit salty but ok for something once in a while.We got 3 different chicken sandwiches, I got the cartelio, was delicious. We had a 5 min drive home so wasn't as crispy as I was hoping. My husband had a picalito, just the right amount of heat, my son had the OMG, and he said it was so spicy, couldn't even finish and he likes spicy things.
