The customer service at this location is top notch. I did a mobile order and waited at a table, they brought out my order in exactly 10 mins. I had no problem with that as it was busy and it was peak dinner time. The staff was so nice, she apologized for the order taking so long and gave me a token for a free kids meal!
Pull the old “broken ice cream / milkshake” routine / gimmick
Love Chick-fil-A! Staff are always pleasant and kind. There’s a marked difference from McDonalds. It’s also breath of fresh air on Queen street. Quite a bold move and I understand why
