KFC, a popular fast-food restaurant, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have reported issues with the franchise cutting thighs and legs in half and passing them off as two pieces, others have praised the excellent service and fresh, well-prepared food.
Customers have noted the dedication and hard work of the staff, particularly the cashier who was calm, polite, and efficient in taking orders and assisting with food preparation. The food was fresh and worth the short wait, unlike the longer waits experienced at other fast-food establishments.
Additionally, specific employees, Bavitra and Jessica, were highlighted for their exceptional customer service, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
