“The location is very clean, the staff was amazing and friendly. Love all their hot dogs escpially the squid ink ?? with topping honey garlic and cheddar cheese powder tasted great. Made me not want to stop eating. The price is very affordable and can fill you up. Which is another bonus point. Strongly recommend it when you are in the area.“
“The chicken is phenomenal! Our friend suggested we meet there tonight to try it and i legit couldnt stop thinking just how much i was enjoying this foodWe had bone lessOriginalSoy garlic -ever so slightly spicy (for kids)Bone inCreamy onionSnowing cheeseSweet potatoCorn cheeseEverything was sooo goodWhen you think fried chicken you anticipate it could be dry but NOPE moist tender flavorful chicken. The fries crisp not soggyCorn was fantasticHonestly i would say this place's chicken tastes better than church s chicken and mary brownsI highly recommend trying it the flavours are very good like someone actually tried to make something taste good and even if you dont want the added flavor even just original is greatIf you want fried chicken this is THE place!!Kid-friendliness: They have tvs that played non stop kpop that my son couldnt unglue his eyes off of“
“Highly recommend this place.Food is amazing, and service is even better.Donkatsh is not greasy and very crisp.Very satisfied and enjoy my lunch.HOMEMADE TTEOKALBI is a new menu, and they gave us a sample to try. Wow!!! So delicious ?I bought one to cook home ?“
“Literally my go to spot to have some Korean pocha food! There are rosé rice cakes are my absolute favorite! Perfect for sharing, and such a fun atmosphere to hang out with friends! You have to try their boneless Korean fried chicken as well! Crispyyy ! Follow @tiff.eatz on IG for more reviews ?“
“Amazing! Meat Lovers rejoice! The layout is spacious and with tons of seatings! Service is friendly, efficient and prompt. Our server checked on us frequently and offered us refill for side dishes. Love the lunch special. We opted for Spicy Pork and Squid. Definitely will be back for more!“
“As a korean, I can say this place is pretty authentic. I got 12 pieces chicken of spicy signature and soy garlic, and a kimchi rice cupbap. The food was more than enough for 3 people. Both sauces were really good and the chicken was crispy and big. The spicy signature sauce is not spicy at all, so don't hesitate to order even if you can't handle spicy food. And I wish there's more kimchi in the rice cupbap because it was a bit bland for me. But overall, great portion and delicious food. And the staff was kind. I will definitely go back to this place again. I want to try the spicier version "Hell O" next time. Highly recommend this place!!“
“"Absolutely phenomenal experience at 100 Chicken! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of deliciously seasoned chicken filled the air, and I knew I was in for a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of my order was just right. As for the chicken itself, it was cooked to perfection - juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. Whether you're a fan of classic fried chicken or prefer something a bit more adventurous, their menu has something for everyone. Trust me, you won't be disappointed with your visit to 100 Chicken!"“
“The food was good for the price but the service was super slow. I was not happy with the service considering it wasn't even busy. But yes the gamjatang and takkoboki was really good. I'll just go back for the food. I wish they hire more people for faster service.“
“Food was fresh, tasty, prepared with care, and neatly packaged. Tried the original, pepper, and keto gimbap along with the rose tteokbokki. Lots of good filling, not just rice. Keto one with egg is a great idea and delicious. Great place for take-out or delivery. Very friendly and welcoming service.“
“This sushi joint truly lives up to its rating. Service is friendly and unrushed both over the phone for take out and in person. I simply have to tell them how many people and our preferences, and they will prepare exactly what you want. Their menu is simply a suggestion, you can ask for anything (sushi, lol). It's a bit more expensive but you truly, absolutely get what you pay for. There are other sushi places in the area with high rankings but Sushi Land blows them out of the water.“
“Not your typical AYCE BBQFood 4/5: Pork bone soup was perfectly flavourful. Beef bulgogi was on the sweet side but very juicy and tender. Pork dishes (aside from spicy pork)were very under seasoned but still delicious. Side dishes were on point very authentic korean dishes. You get full really fast with their servings.Service 3/5: Language barriers! Was brought different items that was asked for. Also service was pretty slow. We were there for early dinner around 5pm. Only had three other tables, yet everything was slow.Atmosphere 3/5: not well ventilated for a bbq place. You will smell of korean dishes by the time you finish. Clean and friendly.Overall 3.5/5: Love the food everything was very tasty. Will recommend to friends and wouldn’t mind coming back.“
“God knows what they put into this chicken, but it makes me ascend to the skies with one bite. A hidden gem where all my money goes? JJ Fried Chicken, you've changed my life. To whoever's cooking that chicken, you have blessed hands, and I thank you for sharing your gift with the world. I will forever remain loyal to JJ's Fried Chicken. If they have one fan, it's me, and if they have no fans, I'm dead.“
“This adorable spot near my home is my go-to for Fusion Korean desserts. The variety of sweets and particularly the drinks offer flavors that are hard to come by elsewhere. Yes, it's on the pricier side, but I find the quality and uniqueness justify the cost. Silly me, only recently did I discover there's additional seating upstairs—a fact I wish had been made clearer from the get-go. Despite this oversight, my affection for this cafe hasn't waned. It remains a cherished destination for those special treats that remind me of flavors I'd struggle to find.“
“They had Miso soup in the all you can eat menu as well as a few other things that you don’t have to cook yourself. Also the meat is well seasoned and marinated to make for a delicious meal with a slight kick of flavour that makes you want to eat more.“
“Absolutely loved and devoured the wasa mayo crab toast as well as the 2 way chicken. The crab, chicken and the eggs had beautiful flavours. The slaw was beautiful and texturally great as the cabbage and carrots were cut very finely. I believe the crab mixture had finely sliced onions as well which complemented the crab really well. Portion was great. The hash browns were on point and not too oily. Will definitely have this again!“
“I recently had the pleasure of discovering Kordog, and I must say, it has quickly become my go-to spot for the most delightful corn dogs in Toronto. I had the pleasure of eating the original Korean corn dog and the banana flavoured boba with tteok-bokki. The food tasted amazing and it was delivered rather quickly. I really loved the food here and the friendliness of the workers and the clean and friendly atmosphere. I definitely would be coming back here, and I happily rate this place a 5/5.Parking: Lots of parking space & easy to park.Kid-friendliness: Workers here are very friendly. The workers here have great customer service.“
“First time here and their food was great!! Me and my friend had the lunch special Spicy Pork Bibimbap, Gamja-Tang.I love their gamja-tang, it was still boiling when it served. The aroma was so good and it’s very very tasty ?Service was good, server were very attentive. Will come back again.“
“If you like braised pork I highly recommend ordering takeout from here. You also get wee little discount if paying w cash. Few parking spots available in front of the restaurant.- Food: 9/10 (I ordered spicy one and bbq one. Overall loved it but wish bbq jokbal had more smokey flavour)- Portion: $55 half & half was enough to feed 3 ppl imo. I also ordered rice ball in addition.- Price: a bit pricey but thats kinda expected as Jokbal is also expensive in Korea too (not sure why but it's just like that?♀️).Anyway given the portion and the quality it was worth it for me.-Condiments&lettuce: 10/10 i was impressed with their thoughtfulness in including many sauces to pair with jokbal. Also lettuce was fresh fresh ? no wilted old lettuce-Side beansprout soup: 10/10 spicy but addictive fr.“
“Famous Korean Chef RestaurantEvery food are good!Good to experience it!Parking: Over 50 parking spaces sharing with the plazaWheelchair accessibility: Parking access is really nice! The entrance is right in front of the Handicap parking spaces.“
“One of the best korean restuarant in the town with very good staff members and good service.i highly recommend everyone to have a dine in once in this restuarant to experience the real taste of korean foods. The place is totally clean and all the stuffs are well managed. Highly recommended..“
“Great, cozy place with generous portions of delicious Korean food. We tried the dynamite chicken (m), galbi and bulgogi and it came with 4 side dishes. The chicken was our favourite. The service was friendly and patient with us. We will come again!“
“Spicy Maki Set and Red Dragon - omg chef’s kiss! They are not messing around with the taste and quality. Devoured the whole thing in minutes.Went around 8:30pm on a week night and they’d closed dine in, only allowed takeout. Which honestly makes great sense for the folks working there, then they’re really closed at 9 and going home. Even though we ordered takeout, they still let us sit and wait inside. If you want an ambience, might not be the best place for you. They’re there to serve amazing food and they’re nailing it.“
“We come here often and especially for the tofu stew! Their tofu stew is the best tasting one we’ve had across town where it actually has good flavor! Their banchan is always delicious and a good variety as well. This is one of our go to spots with the fam!“
“I was craving spicy rice cakes and dragged my son to come try this place. We’ve never been here before and we were not disappointed!!! Everything was SO good!! And the further we got into the dish, the more surprised we got with the dumplings, rice cakes, noodles. We also got an order of corn cheese for that alone I’d come lolWe came around 5pm and it was pretty quiet. We enjoyed our time there and my son really liked the music ?100% would recommend to try!“
“There's something magical about Yonge Street after dark, and Ehwa Uptown captures that essence perfectly. My friends and I, always on the lookout for our next late-night haunt, decided to give Ehwa a try around 1 AM. To our delight, the place was buzzing with energy, yet we were lucky enough to have reserved a table for our sizable group of 12.From the moment we stepped in, the service at Ehwa was nothing short of stellar. Despite the bustling crowd, our drinks and a tantalizing array of Korean dishes arrived at our table with surprising speed. It's not every day you find a spot that combines efficiency with such a warm atmosphere, making every guest feel special despite the late hour.Ehwa's ambiance is a perfect blend of cozy and lively, providing the ideal setting for late-night conversations and laughter among friends. But what truly sets Ehwa apart is its menu. The Korean cuisine here is authentic and flavorful, with each dish designed to complement the drinks menu perfectly. Whether you're in the mood for some hearty meals or just light snacks to pair with your drinks, Ehwa has you covered. For anyone wandering Yonge Street in search of a lively spot for late-night drinks and delicious Korean food, Ehwa Uptown is a must-visit. The combination of great food, drinks, and the welcoming vibe makes it a standout choice for night owls and foodies alike. My friends and I are already planning our next visit, eager to explore more of what Ehwa has to offer. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.“
“3 of us came for a weekend in Toronto. Everything on the menu looks good and the choice was complicated! We finally had a rosée tteokbokki and a creamy carbonara udon. It was a delight! All 3 of us loved this order. When will we open in Montreal? :“
“I went to Poong Moon with my elderly Korean parents recently. Initially I wasn’t sure whether we made a right choice given how it looked more like a pub/bar instead of a Korean-Chinese restaurant. But don’t look that fool you. The food was outstanding. My parents and I enjoyed it very much. The service was also great as well even though they were really busy. It’s too bad that we live in Montreal otherwise we would be here a lot more often.“
“Saw this place online and the food looked delicious so I went with my family. When we got there, there was a line outside but my family did not want to wait. I did insist on trying so we did walk around before it was our turn. I ordered the mandu and bibim naengmyeon. The naengmyeon was so yummy and spicy. I was surprised with the amount of spice they used because I could handle a bit of heat and this was pretty spicy to me. Just looking at the picture of the naengmyeon is making me salivate haha. As for dumplings, we found them average, the only difference from the dumplings we have had was the size. Would def come back for the spicy cold noodles again! As for seating, they really packed as much tables as they could into the space they had to accompany the amount of people coming to eat.“
“My go-to gimbap place. Love their gimbap and boneless fried chicken. They have a variety of flavours. My favourites are spicy pork gimbap, original egg gimbap, gangjeong and honey soy garlic. They have gimbap and friend chicken platters as well, perfect for group gatherings. Unfortunately no dine in, but there’s a food court in the same mall. Highly recommend!“
“First impression walking in, it was spotless and super clean. Service was friendly and food was good. We had the Gan jjajang, Jjamppong and Tangsuyuk. Everything was good but Gan jjajang was especially good with lot of smokey flavour. A new place on my list to visit once in awhile.“
“I have ordered from Sushi Karu a few times. The first two times I got delivery. They packaged the food very well and it arrived quickly. The last time I picked it up myself. Each time I was very pleased with the food. The portions, if not huge are nevertheless generous. I had never been inside - there is no place to sit and eat. I think the place could use some updating but it's otherwise fine. I'd give the place 5 stars if it felt a little more orderly. I recommend this place for good sushi. I only had stuff that didn't have fish though so I am not commenting on that.“
“I had the delightful experience of dining at Nakwon Korean Restaurant in Richmond Hill for dinner today, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The centerpiece of my visit was their all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ, a culinary delight that left me thoroughly impressed. The short ribs and beef brisket were the stars of the show, each bite bursting with authentic Korean flavors, perfectly marinated and cooked to tender perfection. The staff at Nakwon were exceptional. Their friendliness and warmth transformed a simple dinner into a memorable experience. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and comfortable, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed yet vibrant dining experience. In summary, my dinner today at Nakwon Korean Restaurant was a 10/10 experience. The combination of delicious food, especially the short ribs and beef brisket, along with the superb service, makes this place a must-visit for anyone in Richmond Hill looking for an authentic Korean BBQ experience. Nakwon has set a high bar for quality and hospitality, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.“
“Curry and fried pork chop are both very good $24inclusiveWhat a big contrast compared to the broccoli and white rice next to itA big plate of fried pork chop with two pieces as big as a man's handAfter eating the second piece, I started to feel a little bored?I'll try ramen next time*The tableware is super clean and ordered immediately“
“I'm so happy to have a BBQ near my house.Eglincheon branch is so crispy and delicious!!!You must eat Korean chicken here!!They even confirmed that the beer was low in carbonation and prepared a new one for me. They were so kind. You can get Korea fried chicken No.1 here!!!!❤️?“
“We arrived around 5:45 on a Saturday and we added ourselves to the waitlist. It was worth the wait! The food was all fantastic and the portions were good! Favourites were the giant dumplings, seafood pancake and the beef bulgogi. (Not seen in photo: the soup noodle that came with the beef combo)Easy to find parking.“
“had dinner at Oyaji on Tuesday after work. I had a friend who had a birthday, so I ordered a cake after dinner, and the waitress sensibly sang a birthday song for my friend Kendol. I was so grateful and happy. I am impressed with the delicious food and friendly service here. I will come back again.“
“Really good korean chicken spot!Their 2 flavour chicken meal was definitely enough for 2 people, we barely finished!Got the garlic soy and spicy flavours10/10 especially the garlic soyTheir drinks were also great, I really enjoyed the milkis cocktail ?“
“Always a great late night snack or last minute dinner option. This location is smaller than the Scarborough one but offers the same options. The Gamsung (little potatoes on the outside) is my go to option but tbh, everything here is good. You can get really creative with how you customize the toppings and sauces.“
“Very cool spot for some Korean BBQ.It was my first time doing Korean BBQ and Daldongnae did not disappoint. My partner and I had heard of this place from many articles that had been praising the service and food. The atmosphere feels like you’re stepping into a spot that resembles many small restaurants that I’ve visited in Asia.Staff was quick, attentive, and helpful. The food was great and not overly expensive. It was a great dining experience to add into the mix of our regular spots. The staff gave us a great glass noddle dish to try as they were testing it out, we absolutely loved it and hope that they add it to their menu.Parking: There is a small parking lot around the back of the building. We didn’t have trouble getting a spot there, but there are limited spaces available.“
““I dined at MyMy with my little son. The reservation was easy to make, and the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our special requests. The music & ambiance were great, and the food definitely lived up to my expectations. We tried the half and half with regular & golden cheese combo, and if you visit the restaurant, you should too.Parking: Spacious and easy to access“
“I think I finally found my favorite Korean restaurant.I got the eggplant dolsot, and my friend got the Busan pork soup.Wow, the eggplant dolsot was amazing. And I didn’t even like eggplant until now.The stone bowl was insulated very well and kept the heat for long time ?The restaurant is clean, spacious, and the staffs are very welcoming.I’d come here again to try other menu items gladly.“
“This place is great for trying Korean street food called Tteokbokki. My husband and I weren't very hungry, so we just got cheese Tteokbokki and some deep-fried calamari on the side. The amount was just right, and the spiciness was mild. If I were hungrier, I'd add more sides to dip in the soup. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were friendly. I recommend it for anyone who likes Korean food.“
“It was a Saturday and we just finished dinner there. Service was great and genuine. The gentlemen was polite and kind. The lady also asked if we liked the food.Food was great and good price. We are just wondering why it not as busy. More people should visit and support family businesses like this. This place brings us back in time and has a unique vibe which we like.“
“Went with family and ordered combos. Lots of food equivalent to ayce, excellent variety and service was 4/5 considering it was quite busy for a Sunday evening. Korean restaurants are heavy on beef so don't expect too much if you're vegan. Prices are reasonable given the portions. 4.5 “
“Visited recently and tried the poke bowl, udon, and bubble tea. All the dishes tasted great. The serving size was also generous at a good price point! Loved the sesame milk tea, haven't seen that flavour anywhere else. Customer service was fantastic and very friendly.Would definitely come again!“
“Perfect spot for a late night date adventure! That being said, it's a bit on the pricier side, considering the portions/options available, so keep that in mind.Atmosphere is amazing, very cozy and the lighting is more on the dimmer side, so it's very aesthetic altogether. The food itself was ok, I wasn't a huge fan of the fried chicken nor the potato pancake, as they were both super oily. The cheese+pork dish was nice though, bit on the spicier side but that ended up working in it's favour. They have some really nice drinks though! Very cute and tasty, though the soju is a lot more expensive than other places.“
“We have nothing but good experience here. Food was amazing, ambiance feels authentic, place was clean, service was great.. there’s even an exhaust each table. We’ll definitely come back or try their different locations and order different ones on the menu. Worth recommending!Vegetarian options: They have vegetable set, and king oyster mushroom was delicious.. all on the set were freshParking: Worth your mention: parking’s at the back, don’t use the space -left next to it, it’s not theirsWheelchair accessibility: I don’t think it’s wheelchair accessible“
“We came in just as they opened, at 11:35 in the morning. Place was empty but a warm greeting and a smile from a girl staff made everything better. The fish and rice was super fresh and delicious. In fact, I've never tasted a sushi rice as this. I got Salmon Dome, i highly recommend it. Salmon sushimi was to die for. Salads and miso soup were great too.“
“My go-to spot for Ramen! It's filling but not heavy or greasy like most restaurant ramen. I recommend this spot to my friends any chance I get! Also 5/5 for consistency - food is always great, staff are really friendly! Always a good day when I get to go to this Bento Box!“
“A lot of mediocre sushi restaurants where we order sushi party trays have California rolls in 5 different ways which is so frustrating when it comes to trying to get the whole sushi taste experience. However sushi LoLo on the other hand has so many varieties of sushi when you order their patty tray. It makes me so happy that they give so much thought to putting their menu and how tasty their sushis are and for an affordable price. I always pick sushi LoLo!!!“
