As tourists we didn't realize the entire suburbs of Toronto virtually shut down for Good Friday. We were going from place to place looking for somewhere to have dinner. As we were about to give up and go back to the hotel and eat instant ramen, we stumbled upon this Beijing Sung and were so grateful to find they were actually open! This place had spacious layout and lots of seating. We were greeted and seated quickly by the staff, and their service was fast as well.The jajangmyeon had noodles covered in a thick black bean sauce that has a hint of savoury and slightly sweet flavour. The black bean sauce had caramelized onions as well. Typically jajangmyeons are known to be packed with strong umami flavour but I must say that the umami flavour in this dish was not as particularly strong as what I had hoped...read full review
