Worst hotel I've ever stayed at! My fiancé and I were spending our 10 year anniversary in Buffalo and decided to book this hotel after seeing the pictures and reviews. Upon checking in and going up to our room, I was disappointed and disgusted to say the least. Our bathroom was barely larger than a public restroom stall and the bathtub's finish on the floor of the tub was completely worn out and torn up. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Every staff member we encountered in the hallway were very friendly as well. I had read some of the other reviews and was nervous about the cleanliness, however, our room was very clean and with no odors or mildew that others have reported. The hotel needs updated and it appears they are trying to make some changes. I would definitely stay here again.

Walden's Restaurant is closed. The M Hotel in which the eatery is located is undergoing refurbishment. Stay hopeful the service at the new restaurant will be better than that we found at the hotel.
