“No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. We barely made it home Sincerely Disappointed customer“

“This is one of the best mall sushi places I've ever been to. I wish they had a standalone restaurant outside of the mall with sit-down tables. The staff is extremely friendly. “Good pretzels, but ordering gets chaotic when it's busy. The counter staff are fine. The issue is one guy who isn't in the Pretzel T-shirt like everyone else, who takes over the line, hurrying everyone for orders, without even giving you time to see the menu. He makes it awkward and this is not the first time I had this experience with this guy. How are you supposed to order something you haven't read? Just let the counter run a normal first-come, first-served queue.“

First of all, the place was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly, efficient and just great.

“Jeff did an amazing job taking our orders. Friendliest person ever. He talked about the chikle after I ordered one and it was as he said amazing. He does a great job can't say that enough wish I could afford to tip. The food was amazing. Way better food and environment than taco bell. I wish we had one of these where we live.

“I had been at a different subway for 15 years. They had new management, and went downhill very fast. I came to this subway Southgate Plaza West Seneca, New York, and found it to be very clean. The atmosphere was friendly. The workers, especially the owner, were extremely efficient in what they do. In fact, many of them remembered what I ate and what I didn’t eat. I give the subway the highest recommendation.“

“went here after my job interview at Lowe's (was suppose to be the one on Niagara Falls Blvd.) and I decided to get lunch here! My food was very tasty! I got a 2 cheeseburger meal, small fry, 2 zesty sauce, and a small sprite! Store looked clean! But unfortunately the floor was a little bit sticky. “When i came to this establishment I was served by a nice girl. I believe she said her name was Tyjane. She talked me through everything on the menu since i hadn’t been to burger king in such a long time. I was very appreciative and grateful of her. Not everyone in fast food is as patient. “Ryder has made me subs multiple times at this location and is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. Great customer service, speedy, and great quality work. I certainly recommend this Subway just based on Ryder alone, if the other worker's are close to him, you will not be disatisfied.“

As an avid supporter of TB, I can say this is easily the best one I’ve encountered in the WNY area. Staff is very polite, I am often the only car in the drive-thru, wait times are limited. Where they really shine is the quality & consistency of the food. Haven’t had a single instance when it wasn’t fresh, hot, and filled with adequate portions. I have other locations closer to me, but will travel out of my way to bring them my business.“

Two snack wraps ranch ones with a large shamrock shake And with a large fry Then I ordered another large ham shake with two snack wraps, the spicy kind. One medium shamrock shake, just with a medium french fries. They gave me four snack wraps the spicy one I only asked for with one order of that with a large shamrock shake with a medium and fry with the two spicy snack wraps that was supposed to be for me. But no, they gave me four spicy snack wraps I only wanted to and My Mom paid for this and it cost her $52 is something cents when originally it was not supposed to be that much and I was only supposed to be getting two of the spicy wraps not four of those“
