“This is my go-to Arby’s, and a restaurant I go to a lot, especially considering it’s very close to my house. Every single time I go my order is correct, the staff is very friendly, and of course the food is great (if you like Arby’s lol). I go here more than I’d like to admit but this location never lets me down! Everyone there is always cordial, and as I said, they have NEVER gotten my order wrong!!😎 People diss Arby’s, but this location proves them wrong I actively recommend this Arby’s to people who say they don’t like it or wouldn’t eat there, they don’t know what they’re missing!“

“I've originally grown up on NYC/Jersey pizza but living in Bflo.in upstate NY I had never known how gr8 Mattina's pizza was until I had it 2-yrs ago and couldn't stop ordering it baked light quick well done on top and their sauce is Amazing if only they would put Xtra sauce when you pay Xtra for it is rlly the only thing I've noticed that they don't do anymore. I have to drive 3-hrs to get their pizza now since I moved to Hilton.Pls.dont bogart on the sauce bring back your proud pizza so my guest can be your #1fans of the best pizza this side of New York!“

“Normally I get good pretzel and good service here but the last time I was here there was a girl working and normally I never see her. She gave me an old crusty pretzel from the display that wasn’t made that day and it tasted pretty bad, she was patient with me when I was using my rewards I have on my app but I can tell she just wanted me to hurry up and leave, I don’t think she was too happy I came back to ask for a sauce. I love the service from the guys, never had a problem. I love the pizza pretzels from here.“

“Honestly wasn't impressed at all with our food. It took 15 minutes to even get our order taken. The food was messy and felt like I was eating Mayo Soup instead of a CheckerBurger. Our french fries tasted like the funnel cake fries. Presentation and quality were horrible. Also was surprised we weren't given a receipt with our order number on it. The cashier seemed as though he didn't wanna be bothered.“

“No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. We barely made it home Sincerely Disappointed customer“

“I think you need to take the sauce out of the meat. When someone asks for no sauce it shouldn't be spicy. Also you need to bring back the original apple & cherry empanada.
Dietary restrictions: Had chicken burritos and 1 3 cheese chicken burritos. A little spicy for me
Parking: Orchard Park, NY. The drive-thru is a little tough to maneuver“

“Jeff did an amazing job taking our orders. Friendliest person ever. He talked about the chikle after I ordered one and it was as he said amazing. He does a great job can't say that enough wish I could afford to tip. The food was amazing. Way better food and environment than taco bell. I wish we had one of these where we live.

“This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I go here when I’m on the road and they’re always so friendly. The food is as fresh as a can be. I’m serious, it’s as if they made it to order. They even toast the tortillas on the soft tacos and I’ve never had a Taco Bell do this. I haven’t had the kfc side yet however this is a go to restaurant I’ll be willing recommending to everyone I know that comes near here. The food is the freshest you’ll ever have. The orders are always correct never missing anything never an item wrong. COME TO THIS LOCATION. This location deserves more praise than it gets“

“Last night I went to the McDonald’s on transit Road. I ordered a large sweet tea white ice one medium fountain drink two large shamrock shakes one medium shamrock shake. Two snack wraps ranch ones with a large shamrock shake And with a large fry Then I ordered another large ham shake with two snack wraps, the spicy kind. One medium shamrock shake, just with a medium french fries. They gave me four snack wraps the spicy one I only asked for with one order of that with a large shamrock shake with a medium and fry with the two spicy snack wraps that was supposed to be for me. But no, they gave me four spicy snack wraps I only wanted to and My Mom paid for this and it cost her $52 is something cents when originally it was not supposed to be that much and I was only supposed to be getting two of the spicy wraps not four of those“

“Can’t speak to the people who have had negative experiences here, but this Taco Bell is an absolute gem. As an avid supporter of TB, I can say this is easily the best one I’ve encountered in the WNY area. Staff is very polite, I am often the only car in the drive-thru, wait times are limited. Where they really shine is the quality & consistency of the food. Haven’t had a single instance when it wasn’t fresh, hot, and filled with adequate portions. I have other locations closer to me, but will travel out of my way to bring them my business.“

“I had been at a different subway for 15 years. They had new management, and went downhill very fast. I came to this subway Southgate Plaza West Seneca, New York, and found it to be very clean. The atmosphere was friendly. The workers, especially the owner, were extremely efficient in what they do. In fact, many of them remembered what I ate and what I didn’t eat. I give the subway the highest recommendation.“

“went here after my job interview at Lowe's (was suppose to be the one on Niagara Falls Blvd.) and I decided to get lunch here! My food was very tasty! I got a 2 cheeseburger meal, small fry, 2 zesty sauce, and a small sprite! Store looked clean! But unfortunately the floor was a little bit sticky. The workers were nice and I even decided to keep my receipt to get a free whopper and pay for any sides and drinks! I HOPE THEY NEVER GO UNDER REMODEL FOR THIS LOCATION!!! “Food was a little messy, unlike the Hamburg location. Drive thru was dull with no real customer service, just a bunch of young kids! Thank goodness they food as a expected! The sour cream could be evenly distributed, instead of bulging out the top on one side only! Loganberry rocks!“
