I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members regarding my order. However, the manager Nawshad went above and beyond to correct the situation.
Good pretzels, but ordering gets chaotic when it's busy. The counter staff are fine. The issue is one guy who isn't in the Pretzel T-shirt like everyone else, who takes over the line, hurrying everyone for orders, without even giving you time to see the menu. He makes it awkward and this is not the first time I had this experience with this guy. How are you supposed to order something you haven't read? Just let the counter run a normal first-come, first-served queue.
Normally I get good pretzel and good service here but the last time I was here there was a girl working and normally I never see her. She gave me an old crusty pretzel from the display that wasn’t made that day and it tasted pretty bad, she was patient with me when I was using my rewards I have on my app but I can tell she just wanted me to hurry up and leave, I don’t think she was too happy I came back to ask for a sauce.
