“Driving from Albany, we arrived later in the day around closing. The donuts we were looking for didn’t appear to be available but the man helping us was able to make it happen with the donuts they had. Always a treat going to Paula’s, how are there not donut shops like this in Albany??“

“I order an iced coffee with a lot of sugar in it and the workers sometimes will make sounds like they can’t believe it. Or they will ask are you sure. I also ask for granulated sugar instead of the cane and I still usually end up with cane. But overall the workers are friendly and the coffee is still good.“
“Convenient place to stop for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They also serve hot and cold lattes, hot tea and delicious cold brew coffee. Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line at the drive thru. However, service is always good and they treat their customers well.“
“Not a big coffee drinker but I stop in here and there for a refresher or slushie (coolatta) drink and the one guy who I think is a manager always treats me as if I’m one of his good friends every time I’m there ? he’s a real nice guy and so is everyone else who’s there or at least whenever I’m there. “Went through the drive today and was in store yesterday was pleased to see Manager Janice Oakes working who I knew from the EA store. No matter how early in the morning she is always energetic, friendly and efficient. Drive through has been quicker too.“
